If your idea of beach vacation bliss is a cozy, decked-out beach house with enough space for a crowd, then “As You Wish” is your dream come true! This three-story beach house rental is locate just off the Emerald Coast in the beautiful Miramar Beach Villas community. The house has space for a maximum of 14 guests and comes equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway—a private pool, a 6-seater golf cart, and lots of space for entertaining.

The beachy home’s décor is resplendent with natural, coastal hued neutrals. It’s elegant and cozy. You’ll love relaxing and entertaining in this space. As You Wish’s first floor has two bedrooms—one with a king and one with twin-over-twin bunks that share a full bathroom. The patio, which has a private, fenced-in pool, outdoor seating and dining, and a covered grilling space, is accessible from the first floor. Speakers and a gas fire pit will make the outdoors your favorite place to be; though, the second floor is ideal for entertaining.

The main living space is on the beach house’s 2nd floor. It’s open concept and leads to the spacious, fully loaded kitchen and large dining table. The guest room on this floor has a king bed with a shared bathroom and balcony access with Gulf views.

Two king master suites are on the 3rd floor. Both have TVs, en suite baths, and balcony access. There’s an additional laundry closet on this floor as well.

As You Wish has everything you wish in a perfect location. You’re a quick golf cart ride away from the Emerald Coast and are immediately adjacent to all of Destin’s best amenities! It’s truly paradise!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was the perfect size for our group. We loved the open space, large dining table and size of bedrooms. The golf cart was handy for trips to the beach and the location was quiet and close to amenities. The pool is not heated so we didn’t spend time in the back yard.The appliances need to be replaced. We had issues with the refrigerator and dishwasher not working properly. The management staff was responsive & friendly when we called but new appliances are needed. More garbage bags need to be available & it was disappointing that there was no recycling.We would stay here again.

Wonderful Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was clean and accommodating for our our group of 5 couples. Great living space for groups to gather and the kitchen table was just right for playing games. While the pool was small (didn’t impact our group) the outdoor facilities were inviting for group get togethers. A special thanks to the owners and management for quickly responding to some minor needs and questions.

Expect extra “guests”

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We want to give this great reviews, but we had a cockroach infestation! We were greeted by a large cockroach on the kitchen door and as we moved through the house, more appeared. Maintenance came out and sprayed. We had a leaky fridge that we needed to mop up water, then we found one of the washing machines (needed to wash to towels we’d used to mop up water) was broken. Maintenance was friendly and attended to those items, as well. The beds were comfy but it’s hard to sleep with lights on to deter cockroaches. This was an attempted 50th bday party for myself and 4 friends but we really didn’t get to relax or do what we’d planned as we were constantly seeing roaches. That included a giant one in my toilet on departure day. Golf cart was great. Beach supplies great. Location pretty good too! Kitchen was well-equipped but we needed to clean everything before we used it as roaches were on cupboards too. We were compensated only with an extended (2 hour) check out that we needed for shaking all our stuff out to ensure no bugs went home with us. We were pretty negatively impacted by the bugs. We asked next door and they were not experiencing the same problems. One of my friends owns properties in Florida and she also does not experience this level of infestation. For as much as we spent, we were sorely disappointed.

Wonderful Beach House

It was a wonderful beach house with great ac and super comfy beds so close to the beautiful white sand beach! Super close to tons of things to do in and around Destin, just make sure to hit the child security button when opening the back door!

Inside the home was clean and the towels/sheets were good quality. Golf Cart is new and excellent addition for the tradeoff with the location to the beach. Having 4 king beds is huge advantage to this house. Mattresses were of really good quality. Multi-zone AC was also a very important during our stay with the summer heat above normal. All levels were comfortable Only real complaints made to management. Landscaping totally overgrown making getting around to the back and enjoying backyard difficult. Trash pickup does not match the Sat-Sat schedule, leaving the new renter to deal with prior renters lack of courtesy.
