Your private entry includes a shared but private and shaded courtyard with sunset views of Granite Mountain and the McDowell Mountain Scottsdale Preserve. Multiple park entrances just 1/3 mile for your front door. Your Rio Verde Foothills private east facing covered patio has views of Tonto National Forest sunrises over our expansive mountain range. Your desert adventure can be whatever you make it! Trail rides available a few blocks away at Cave Creek Outfitters. Or just bring your own horses. Our horse barn can be available for a affordable daily fee. Well behaved dogs can be added to your reservation too. We want to accommodate your individual needs. You have a full kitchen with brand new appliances plus a full washer and dryer in your master bedroom closet. A king sized bed in your master bedroom has views of Four Peaks and the entire mountain range to the East with gorgeous sunrises. You can also put 2 more guest on the sleeper sofa in the living room/kitchen area. If you are expecting more overnight guest or bringing all your kids we can accommodate with a portable sleeper if requested for additional guest fees. Parking for two vehicles is provided if more parking is required we have a shared enclosed garage stall that can be made available for an extra fee. Toy hauler and trailer parking can be made available to you at no cost with advance approval. Guests who enjoy our attached casita say it’s the perfect combination of R&R and adventure. I am proactive about checking local rates and we do book-up early especially in fall, winter and spring seasons.
