*Amenity Closures/Non-functioning - Although this is rare, maintenance and sudden repairs happen. We are not always privy to their schedule. We do not own or control the complex amenities. *It is solely your responsibility to check the listing often or message with questions before check in. We will not refund in the event of repairs or maintenance on any of the complex amenities or anything outside of the unit itself that requires the closure of said amenities.
***** Due to too many lost/stolen fobs the complex is limiting replacements and charging us more. This is decreasing the security of the complex and its residents. Therefore, any lost or stolen fob not returned will incur $250 fee.

➢ Please do not lower the thermostat to lower than 70 as it may freeze the system and stop working.
➢ We do not provide any streaming services or local channels, so you must log into your own.
➢ As a requirement of the complex, please indicate the purpose of your stay, the full name of other guests, along with your car information and plate number. These are requirements prior to providing the check-in instructions.
➢ This is a large complex, and there may be a bit of walking from the unit to the parking and the amenities.
➢ We do not control building layout or parking location.

Palacio Properties was created in August of 2017 as a minority owned, woman owned company. "We wanted to solve traveler’s demands for comfortable high-end accommodations, in prime locations with the added "home-like" feel. Bedrooms with comfortable king beds, soft linens, a variety of pillows, accommodations for young children, handicap features, fully stocked kitchens, TV’s in every room, free coffee and creamer and much more." ~ Jia-Li CEO Palacio Properties
From foster care to CEO: Jia has been working in real estate her entire career. She was in senior management in the mortgage services industry by the age of 20, then an AVP of a mortgage firm at 27, and not long after that a Vice President of Operations at an Asset Management company in Scottsdale AZ. She had done what many people aspire to do: climb the corporate ladder. After 25 years in executive positions she decided to do what she loved most, meet great people from all over the world, be her own boss & enjoy life with her two children.
She then started Palacio Properties. She was always naturally drawn to the hospitality industry, to creating a "home-like" feel for her guests. She used her skills in automating processes to create a solid, customer-centric infrastructure complimented by luxurious, comfortable living spaces dedicated specifically to traveling guests. The model caters to vacation and short term occupants, not guests looking for room sharing . Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure we have created a space for you.
