It is quiet, serene and feels like you have checked into an exclusive property with complete privacy!! It is spacious and completely painted and new floors and remodeled bathrooms, ready for you to come and visit for the winter!!!! Please view all photos and feel free to ask any questions!! You will NOT want to leave!!! The spacious patio will be your relaxing space for family and friends to gather!!! The bedrooms are large and comfortable with beautiful bathrooms for all to enjoy!! The walk in spa like shower is large and the guest bath has a nice big soaker tub!!! Both bedrooms have en suites connected to the bedrooms to provide complete privacy. The heated pool and hot tub is exactly 21 steps from the patio for easy access!!

Wonderful

Julie and Tom are fantastic people and their place is the perfect get-away townhome in which to spend several weeks in Scottsdale. Location is great with easy access to trails and restaurants. Julie was super responsive to text messages. We definitely recommend!

Beautiful view of fountains.

The unit is perfectly positioned from pool and has a beautiful view of the fountains. The two bedroom unit is comfortable and spacious. Parking includes a garage and carport.

Excellent place to stay

We've been going to Scottsdale for over a decade now and this is one of our favourite places we've stayed at. Well located, quiet area with a great view of the fountains. The unit was well stocked and very spacious. Julie and Tom were very responsive and the neighbours were great. Julie even helped us find a place for the spring since their place was already booked. We will be returning as often as we can.

Great Place, Great Location

This is a wonderful property with terrific owners. If any problems arose (which were few), they were addressed very quickly. My wife and I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a beautiful setting that is conveniently located in Scottsdale. You will not be disappointed!

Lovely property

We stayed 2 months, very walkable area and a nice pool that isn't crowded. Quiet but near great restaurants and entertainment.
