The Space:
Magnificent studio, completely renovated, ideally located a stone's throw from the Musée d'Orsay! Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to three travelers.
The studio includes:
• A living space: equipped with a single sofa bed, a Queen size bed (160x200 cm), a Smart TV, a ceiling fan, storage space and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• An open equipped kitchen: microwave, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
• A bathroom: shower, toilet, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
The studio also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:
You will be staying in a prestigious and cultural district of the 7th arrondissement, in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés and near the Invalides, perfect for discovering Paris on foot while enjoying a chic and elegant atmosphere. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch in iconic addresses like Café de l'Empire, Le Rostand or Les Deux Abeilles, and have lunch or dinner in renowned restaurants such as Café Constant or Le Violon d'Ingres, perfect for a refined Parisian gastronomic experience. For your daily shopping, several shops are within walking distance: Monoprix, Franprix, artisan bakeries and greengrocers for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. Getting Around:
From Airports (Charles de Gaulle & Orly): Both airports have convenient RER B train connections that link directly to the Metro. Once you’re on the Metro, it’s a smooth journey to our studio.
Metro Stations
Musée d'Orsay (RER C): A key station that can take you to multiple destinations across Paris, including direct trains to the Versailles Palace.
Saint-Germain-des-Prés (Line 4): Direct connections to the North (Gare du Nord) and South.
Rue du Bac (Line 12): This line crosses Paris from north to south, with stops at key locations like Montmartre.

Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.
Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family-Friendly Services
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.
Deposit Requirement
A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional fees
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.
Internet Access
Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.
We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
