Set on the iconic Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard, guests can enjoy the rare experience of strolling to one of the Hunter Valley’s most visited Cellar Doors for wine tastings and curated experiences.

At the heart of the The Dairy, the open-plan living and dining area creates a warm and welcoming space to relax, complete with a wood burner fireplace for cooler Hunter Valley evenings and air conditioning for year-round comfort. TARIFF

Weekend - minimum 2 nights, 4 guests from $554 per night (Thursday - Sunday)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 4 guests from $416 per night (Monday - Wednesday)

Infants under 2 years free of charge

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit/bond of $300.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.

Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
