Guests will be accommodated across 11 beautifully appointed bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and enjoy the property’s stunning natural habitat and leisure facilities including a huge billabong teaming with wildlife, fish and a row-boat, sparkling guest pool, The Deck, woodland walks, multiple dining and relaxation areas as well as 2 outdoor spa baths (located at different cottages), an outdoor bathtub, combustion wood fireplaces, air-conditioning, Nespresso machines, Smart TVs, Wifi, BBQ’s, Bluetooth speakers and more. Sweetacres also accommodates your four-legged guests at their purpose designed Sunset Ridge cottage.
 
Sweetacres offers so much peace, relaxation, and enjoyment for guests onsite as well as being ideally located to take advantage of the many cellar doors, restaurants, attractions, and activities within moments of your cottage. Sample the delights of Hermitage Road and dine at Botanica, and Piggs Peake. Sample excellent food and brew at The Farm where you can horse ride, take a Segway tour, or meet the animals! TARIFFS
Weekend - minimum 2 nights for up to 22 guests (adults or children) $2780 per night (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights for up to 22 guests (adults or children) $2085 per night (Mon-Thu)
Additional adults $75 per person per night
Additional children 2-13 years $60 per person per night
Infants under 2 years free of charge 

Please note that a $40.00 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $3000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.

NOTES 
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
