That said, overflowing cans and delayed pool cleanup are completely unacceptable, and we have formally escalated your report to association management so they can increase waste pickup frequency and maintenance staffing during peak holiday weekends. On our end, we really appreciate your specific suggestions regarding the kitchen. We have already arranged to restock the unit with tongs for grilling, a wooden cutting board, a citrus juicer, and additional tall wine glasses so future guests have every convenience on hand. Resort Amenities & Laundry: Our listing explicitly outlines available amenities, clearly noting on-site shared laundry facilities rather than an in-unit washer/dryer. We also disclose in our description that private rentals do not include access to resort-operated amenities like the water park, which are restricted exclusively to direct resort hotel bookings. Animal Policy: Per HOA regulations and Florida law, Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are strictly not permitted on the property; only trained ADA service animals performing specific tasks for a disability are allowed. Our pre-stay verification ensures compliance with these rules while protecting the community grounds.
