Overall a great stay , there was only one major complaint i and and it was pour maintenence of the dish washer, showed the cleaning lady upon cheaking out and she said she'd let someone know, but otherwise couldnt ask for a better place

Fantastic stay

Wonderful property. Very clean and close to all amenities. Also super close to the clubhouse. Our whole family enjoyed the stay and are hoping to return.

Price was right

This was a nice area. The condo was a little worn but you can't beat the price. The condo was comfortable and the rental company was very nice and responsive. The public pool area was great and very well maintained. This area is also very close to the Disney parks and if you set your GPS correctly there are some back roads in to avoid the traffic on Rt192.

We have stayed here in the past and had a great experience. This was very disappointing. Several issues within the home.

Great place, great location!

Great location and close to everything. House is also well positioned in the property and right across the street from the main pool and clubhouse. Only issue we had for a few nights we neighbours not respecting the evening quite time. I have no issue with folks being out late and having fun but we had a few nights of very loud neighbours. This is not the fault of the property and there is a number to call for noise issues, we just didn’t. Overall would recommend.

Overall nice

The property looked the same as the pictures. Although we didn't receive our check in information, until 4:30 pm even after preregistration. Upon going into the property there was a big puddle of water on the kitchen floor. The sink had been leaking. There was a bowl placed under the sink, and I guess no one was aware of the leak. The washer was missing a knob so we could only use one load size setting. I'd stay again because the property is nice.

Not good!!

We have been staying in Paridise Palms for 5 years, this was the worst place we have stayed. To many problems to say..but...here are a few.. not as pictured, pool needs repair and dirty, floors dirty, dishwasher has mold in it(was told it was the Florida water), not enough essentials in kitchen, TVs not working needed to call cable company and wasted a whole day waiting for them,people park in our parking spot due to poor sign, no pool towels, minimal amount of towels for bathing, carpets and furniture old, not as in the picture on VRBO. Found out from management company that the guests before us damaged the home and wrote on walls. We should have been put into another home through the management company, we paid alot of money to be in a nice home only to walk into this. Florida Scandi was the management company and we feel they should have taken care of this.

In need of cleaning and updating.

We just got back home. The check in process was very easy we received an email with address and door code. Checking in with the guard at the gate was fine. Getting into the townhouse went smoothly. Once in the townhouse we were disappointed. The couches were filthy. They are white but look more gray and a couple seams are coming apart. The blinds behind the one couch has brown spots on it. Looks like soda or something like that. The arm of one couch has similar spots. I wiped down the couches with cleaner and my towel was filthy. On the second floor the carpet is in need of a cleaning. Very dirty in spots. The carpet between the 2 bedrooms is ripped and missing a piece. Both sides on the rip lift up causing a tripping hazard. The glass shower door on first floor is missing the handle on the inside of the shower making it very hard to close it. There are 3 bathrooms total. 2 have glass doors. The shower in the master bath has a shower curtain which needs to have a new liner it’s gross and new shower hooked they are all rusty. The bed in the master is not comfortable and seems wobbly. The nightstand is missing a piece of laminate from the front of it. There are two lights in master bedroom. Only one works the other one strobes and can’t be used. This could be dangerous for someone with certain medical conditions. 1/2 of the toaster doesn’t work looks like it’s been dropped. The location was good. The townhouse just needs some repairs, updating and thurough cleaning.

It was a great location and lots to do on the property with all the amenities.

The only thing I wasn't happy with was that it was poorly stocked with kitchen supplies to cook with, not even salt and pepper. The microwave was broken too. I put in a request to fix it but I never had a reply back.

We had a wonder experience only thing was I wasn’t to sure about the cleanliness of the place because the people left balloons that stayed there before us and u would think that the cleaning crew would’ve made sure they picked up all the residue from the last family and I just couldn’t get with the roaches but it’s a beautiful property and I enjoyed the amenities

Our microwave did not work. There were holes in the walls, garbage disposal did not work, toliet kept backing up. Most of all, there were roaches everywhere in the kitchen and living room. I sent an email Wednesday evening and reported some items... someone had to have come in the house while we were gone on Thursday, as when we got back, the front door was unlocked. I tried calling this in, but was on hold forever. I will not recommend this place or this management company to anyone.

Two Week Stay

Very disappointed with this townhouse. The lights for the tennis courts stay on until midnight and shine directly in the windows. Two of the nights the timer did not work and stayed on all night! Had problems with the dryer and a number of items. When I am on vacation, I don’t expect to take care of maintainence for the rental everyday. Thank God for Edwin from the agency that helped a couple of times. I finely gave up and didn’t call anymore. Also, there was a fight at the pool and I did not feel safe.

Lovely Home

The house was clean and neat. It was very close to restaurants and shops which was very convenient. The only downside was it across from the park so there was alot of noise late until the evening. It's great if you have a family with kids. Otherwise we enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to our family and friends.

Best time ever!

Was an easy and stress free check in process. The property was located right across from the clubhouse which was nice. The house was great and was totally able to accommodate my friends and I. THUMBS WAY UP
