Guests of Bay Pointe Sanctuary are welcome to utilize the private Bay Pointe community pool (which is just steps away from the villa), and they also have exclusive guest privileges to the private Seabrook Island Club, which includes the elegant island Clubhouse, golf on two championship courses, tennis and pickleball, equestrian center, oceanfront Beach Club & dining and the Lake House fitness center and indoor & outdoor pools. Free amenity access card is included (advance registration is required and usage fees for golf, racquets, dining, etc. apply).



Surround yourself in Seabrook Island's stunning natural beauty, which features rolling sand dunes, lush maritime forests, beautiful marshland and freshwater ponds. You'll feel your stress levels melt away as you bike or walk the trails, kayak through the marsh waters, watch the dolphins strand feed, hunt for sharks' teeth & shells on the beach, take a guided horse trail ride, brush up on your golf or tennis skills or read a book in a lounge chair on the beach. Camp Seabrook is available for the kids (ages 4-10) in your group during the months of June, July and early August.

Guests enter Bay Pointe Sanctuary by taking the exterior staircase from the parking area to the front door. Once you enter the front door, you will find the kitchen, hallway to the bathroom & bedroom, living area and dining area. The screened porch is accessible via the dining area. There is a washing machine & dryer in the villa. Please note there are villas adjacent and above Bay Pointe Sanctuary. You may hear noises from the unit next door or the unit above.
