⭐️ Booking Conditions & Notes

• Car Parking - Off-street parking is available in the driveway.

• No parties, No venue use, No smoking inside, No pets. General Terms & Conditions apply.

• Balcony noise - The neighbouring property's bedroom areas are close to the balcony area here so we ask that guests are always considerate in respect of noise here or when the doors to the home are open to the balcony.

• Personal home - This is a personal home, made available to guests in-between periods of owner use. This allows you access to a superbly equipped home with the trade-off that some storage areas, including the garage, will not be available for guest use.

• Photographs - Please note this home is being refurnished early December 2025. Furnishing may therefore differ from the photographs, but will be of an equivalent or better standard.



⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.



⭐️ Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure.

Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge. This request should be made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your departure.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
