Kauri Cottage Pepin Island

Kauri Cottage is one of three brand new additions to the Pepin Island accommodation.

Kauri is a private, light-filled holiday home with expansive sea views across the bay. Set on one of the higher points of the island you will feel like you're on top of the world.

The main living space is open plan and designed for easy living. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher and everything needed for longer stays or shared meals. A large dining table comfortably seats eight, and the lounge area includes a log burner along with a smart TV. High-speed internet is available throughout the house. Guests are provided with linen and towels, and tea and coffee.

The home offers two bedrooms, each room has a queen bed and a mezzanine with two king singles. . Sleeping a total of 8 guests There is one bathroom with a large walk in shower and toilet.

Outdoor living is a key part of the experience here. Large sliding doors open onto a generous deck that runs along the front of the house, creating a stunning space to sit, dine, and take in the view. A gas BBQ is provided for outdoor cooking, and the flat lawn offers space for families to relax. The outside bath is positioned to make the most of the outlook, providing a perfect spot to unwind while looking out over Cable Bay, whether during the day or under the stars.

Cable Bay beach is a 10 minute walk away for safe swimming. Here you will find a pebble and sand beach making it easy to spend the day by the water without needing to drive.

If you are feeling like a challenge Pepin Island has some great walking tracks, the views from the top are spectacular!
