This home offers space, comfort, warmth and fantastic indoor outdoor flow from separate living, dining areas, great outdoor balcony, gas BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, Free WiFi, off-street parking, peace, privacy and fantastic comfort!
The location is central and it's easy to access Nelson's Tahunanui Beach, Stoke Village, Nelson CBD, World of Wearable Art Museum or make day trips to Mapua, The Abel Tasman, Golden Bay or Nelson Lakes!
This holiday home is perfect for up to 6 guests, with an option to add 2 extra children, making a maximum of 8 guests. Aporo is superbly equipped with every home comfort & convenience provided for you. It will be our pleasure to host you in this wonderful home.
**Special conditions & notes**:
Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
Noise restrictions - Neighbourhood quiet rules apply between 10pm and 7:30am. Breach of this rule may result in security callout & venue charges.
Balcony noise - The neighbouring property's bedroom areas are close to the balcony area here so we ask that guests are always considerate in respect of noise here or when the doors to the home are open to the balcony.
Personal residence - This is a personal home, made available to guests in-between periods of owner use. This allows you access to a superbly equipped home with the trade-off that some storage areas, including the garage, will not be available for guest use.
Car Parking - Off-street parking is available in the driveway.
