4. King bed with full sea views. This bedroom is accessed via the garage/laundry and also offers a separate lounge and kitchenette.

Other: A small kids mattress is also available by request.

1: Shower and Separate Bath, Heated Towel Rail, Underfloor heating. Separate Toilet with Basin.



• Lower Level

2: Shower, Vanity & Toilet. Access via the lounge and kitchenette adjacent to Bedroom 4.

• Separate laundry area in the internal garage with Washer, Dryer & Tub.

• Aquavista will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 4.5 hours will be included in your booking.

• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets. Please see our General Terms & Conditions for full details.

• Stairs - Please note this property is multilevel with stairs between each level.

• Bedroom 4 isaccessed via the lower-level garage and laundry from the main living areas

• Garage - A vehicle is sometimes stored here, but there is still plenty of space inside for 1 ~ 2 vehicles, bikes etc.

• Driveway - Please note the driveway is steep but safe.



⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm.

• Early check-in (1pm and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.



⭐️ Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure.

• Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge. This request should be made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your departure.

⭐️ Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
