Upon arrival, you are welcomed by a charming guest house just to the left of the entry. This private retreat features two well-appointed queen bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom.

Continuing toward the main house, you’ll pass the inviting private pool, perfect for relaxing under the sun. Inside, the living area offers a spacious sectional sofa, two additional accent chairs, and a large television for effortless entertainment. Off the living area, the screened-in porch provides a tranquil escape, furnished with a bistro table, comfortable lounge seating, and direct access to the pool deck.

The chef’s kitchen is beautifully designed with sleek cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and modern finishes. A large center island offers casual seating, while the adjacent dining area, with a table for up to eight, is ideal for gatherings. A sophisticated wet bar, featuring a large sub-zero wine cooler, enhances the dining space, providing both functionality and style. Ascend the stairs and you'll find the lounge/game area, complete with a pool table and even a dartboard. The fifth full bathroom is located off the game room as well.

The primary suite is a serene retreat. It features a king bed, a dedicated workspace ideal for remote needs, and an en suite bathroom with dual vanities, walk-in shower and a luxurious soaking tub. A second king bedroom offers equal comfort with an en suite bath, showcasing a walk-in shower and dual vanities.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance as well as the pool deck. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

The pool cannot be heated.
