In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.
Just a 7-minute bike ride to the beach, this 4-bedroom home offers a relaxed island retreat with a private pool and views over the Turtle Point Golf Course. With bright, open living spaces and inviting outdoor areas, it’s the perfect setting for families or groups looking to unwind and enjoy the best of Kiawah.
The main living area is filled with natural light. A comfortable sofa and accent chairs create an easy gathering space around the large wall-mounted TV, making it ideal for movie nights or catching up after a day in the sun. The dining area, conveniently located between the kitchen and living room, seats eight and keeps everyone connected. The kitchen features crisp white cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and stylish black accents. An island with bar seating for three offers additional space for morning coffee or casual meals.
Just off the kitchen, the screened porch extends the living space outdoors. With its own TV, comfortable seating area, and a cozy dining set for two, it’s a favorite spot for relaxing in the shade. Beyond the porch, a spacious deck leads to the private pool and pool deck, complete with a gas grill for guest use. It’s the perfect place to enjoy peaceful views overlooking Turtle Point Golf Course.
The primary bedroom is generously sized and features a king bed and an en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Bedroom two also offers a king bed and private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom three features a king bed, while bedroom four offers two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 10 ft by 20 ft. The pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
