Inside, you’ll find a light-filled open plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable lounge and dining spaces that open out to the deck. Three well-appointed bedrooms ensure space for families or groups, with the master featuring its own en-suite.

The bedding configuration is:
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed (Main bedroom with ensuite)
Bedroom 2: 1 x Double bed and 1 x Single bed
Bedroom 3: 1 x Double bed

Step outside and enjoy the alfresco entertaining area overlooking the canals, or wander down to your private jetty to launch a kayak, moor your boat, or watch the dolphins cruise by.

The home is just a short distance to the Mandurah Foreshore, where you’ll find vibrant cafés, restaurants, shops, and family-friendly attractions. Beaches, parks, and local markets are also close by, making this the perfect base for your coastal getaway.

Please Note: Parking is limited with a 2-car carport only. There is no space for a boat trailer. Street parking is available but can be limited during summer. Guests with trailers can arrange parking at the nearby marina. Please note there is no parking on the lawn.

We are available to answer any questions via our guest portal or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to fill out our check-in form where you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.

- No pets
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
