A tranquil, renovated, self contained cottage located in a quiet, leafy suburb. A nature lover's paradise with abundant bird life, kangaroos and dolphins nearby. Close to all of the activity, but far enough away for a relaxed, quiet retreat. Close proximity to the estuary, (1 klm to nearest public access point), local beaches (3 klm) and shopping centres, (nearest is 2 klm). Numerous restaurants and eateries within a 10 minute drive.
Explore the many nearby tourist attractions such as the famous giants, thrombolites, estuary cruises and the Peel water wonderland.
The cottage is a separate building located at the rear of our home with your own access, under cover parking and plenty of parking for a boat. You will have exclusive use of the pool, heated spa and tennis court during your stay. Please note that the facilities are for the use of registered guests only.
There is a very well equipped full kitchen with full stove, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher. You also have use of your own BBQ. There is a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Check in is from 11am on arrival day and by 2pm on departure day.
The property is spacious and very quiet, the perfect getaway from the busyness of life. More than just a room for the night!

Had a fantastic stay, a lovely warm welcome from the owners. Place was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you would need. Enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the lovely spa. Had a function to attend in the area so would have loved more time just to relax more in the spa and play some tennis. Was lovely waking up to the sound of birds. We had a fantastic three night stay. Kayleen and John gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel very comfortable. Nutbush Cottage is beautifully presented. We loved every moment, in a very quiet, secluded area overlooking the garden, outdoor swimming pool and heated jacuzzi. We were very spoilt with a very delicious cheese and wine platter upon arrival and lots of yummy treats in the fridge. We cannot thank Kayleen and John enough for such wonderful hospitality. Little getaway resort

Absolutely loved our stay here! It was like a little private resort for my partner and I. The cottage was beautiful and very modern. My partner and I played tennis on the tennis court with the racket and tennis balls they provided. Jumped in the spa in the mornings was absolutely amazing. Cannot recommend this accomodation enough. Will definitely book here again in the future!

I absolutely loved this place! The hosts were such nice people, check in was great showed us everything we needed to know. I have been to so many stays away and this is my number one! Perfect Getaway

Kayleen and John are friendly and accommodating hosts. I was very impressed not only by the cleanliness and the hosts themselves, but items such as citronella candles deodorant and beach mats available that one can easily forget on holiday. This was our second time staying at Nutbush and it never disappoints My hubby and myself stayed at Nutbush after Christmas to early January it was beautiful very restful and relaxing Kayleen and John were very accommodation and very friendly the accommodation was very clean inside and out I sat outside every morning reading my book and listen to the birds in the afternoon a dip in the very clean swimming poolWould recommend this place to anyone who would like a little R&R Robyn & Glenn

Kaylene and John have done a wonderful job of setting up a private and very comfortable Cottage. New appliances, furniture and Bathroom, outside table looking onto quiet bushlands, a parking spot and lights that automatically come on when returning in the dark. And a bottle of bubbly/Cheese and crackers, plus birthday cake when they learnt it was my birthday. We were well looked after!!! Will definitely visit again.

It was an 11 outta 10 for us. Exceptional value for money and very enthusiastic and generous hosts. The accommodation was excellent and the little extras made for a very comfy stay. It was hard to say goodbye to this exceptional accommodation and we would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area. Away from the hustle and bustle but within easy reach of everything Mandurah has to offer. Totally enjoyed the experience! Thanks again Kayleen and John your slice of heaven was a great choice!

We had 3 days at Nutbush cottage it was very relaxing and peaceful. Kayleen & John were very welcoming and friendly. There was a gift of on the table when we arrived of Prosecco/cheese and biscuits which was so thoughtful the fridge was stock with a packet of Tim Tam which my hubby enjoyed there was milk/ various different water and a large range of teas coffee and hot chocolate Thank you Kayleen & John for a beautiful few days Would definitely stay at Nutbush Cottage again

Nutbush was a lovely surprise. Modern decor, spacious, quality fitout. Lovely personal touches, milk, cheese, wine, water, sauces and kitchen condiments. Bathroom shower gels and body lotions, hair dryer were a welcome. Quality white goods, large fridge, dish washer, spacious kitchen and bedroom. Bed was lovely a confortable. It was truly a home away from home treat with a barby and outdoor overlooking swimming pool, tennis court and bushland. Birdlife all around you. Peaceful leafy suburb close to all amenities. Kayleen and John were so welcoming showing us through their lovely cottage then we were left to enjoy solitude. We will certainly book again. Thank you for making our stay a relaxing experience. The hosts were amazing in communicating with us. While we were not able to use the pool as we got lots of rain thanks to cyclone Narelle, we still had a fantastic time. It is very clean, quiet and private. The house has all the things you need and more, they seriously take the welcoming to next level. We enjoyed the spa a lot and as we were there for our anniversary, Kayleen and John welcomed us with amazing gifts: chocolates, prosecco, cheese, flowers and a card. So thoughtful and kind! The bed is comfy, the bathroom very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. We definitely recommend this place for a relaxing gateaway.
