Wow, I hope I don't forget anything in this review, but this was literally the best VRBO or online rental we've probably ever booked going back 20-30 years. It started with the great communication prior to check in that was very informative and excellent. I even commented to my husband, wow, I hope this place is as good as the communication as I've never gotten such great communication from a host. Well, it was! The host provided so many amenities that I won't list them so that you can be as surprised and excited as we were. (As we've entered into late adulthood, we sometimes forget that special touch for one another and coming here was like having someone pamper me with surprises) Our dog was warmly welcomed as well. The host continued the great communication throughout the stay. The place is very clean and there wasn't anything we didn't need that wasn't here. In fact, I packed things I wouldn't have needed. The beach entrance is just a block away and very convenient to access. I like that this unit is on the south end of Cocoa Beach in the residential area and a little away from the "touristy" section, but restaurants and shops are a quick drive up A1A. We came for the rocket launch on January 4 and were able to view it at 2am from the beach access. The owner/manager was so kind and a pleasure to work with. I've already recommended this rental to others. You won't be disappointed.
