Inside, you’ll find an open living area and a full kitchen for effortless, home-cooked meals. Fast Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, and both bedrooms are furnished for restful nights.

We’ve stocked the apartment with surfboards, cruiser bikes, and fishing poles—free to grab and go, so you can spend your days catching waves, cycling the shoreline, or casting a line.

Unwind on your private back porch with morning coffee or an evening drink after a sun-soaked day. When adventure calls, downtown Cocoa Beach’s restaurants, boutiques, and beach bars are just minutes away. Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Walking distance to downtown area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar
- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)
- Garbage bags
- Sponges
- Dish soap
- Dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

-Mailbox access is not available for guests
- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay, and it's limited to pups under 20 pounds.
- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
