Adorable property hidden away next to the beach! Very clean with good amenities. Only a short walk down the beach to the pier! We saw a launch from the beach and the evening was spectacular!

This was our third time staying at the Mulvaine Beach House and we plan on going back. It’s a nice quiet place to stay with great access to the beach and within walking distance to many attractions in the area. The house is always ready for us and Lynn keeps us up to date on launches. Very satisfied.

The house was just as described. Location was amazing and the private beach access is unreal. Lynn was super responsive and helpful, even messaged while we were staying about an upcoming launch from Cape Canavral. House was stocked and ready. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

I really enjoyed my stay at the beach house! The house is super cozy, and has all the amenities. It is also steps away from the beach. There is plenty of parking and all communication with the host was helpful and fast. I even got to see a spacex rocket launch from the beach. If you want to see Kennedy Space Center, have quick access to beautiful beach and lots of dining options this is the place for you.

This house has everything you need, the beach is just a small walk over the dune, easy to carry your beach stuff back and forth. I was shocked when I walked over the dune, I was expecting a crowed beach due to the house being close to the pier and public beach access. It was not. Make sure you wear some type of shoes when walking back and forth, the sand does get hot up around the dune. There are houses and condos surrounding you, but the area was still quiet even in the middle of summer. The driveway has enough room for multiple cars. The large back yard is a bonus, lots of room to enjoy while sitting on the patio. Cocoa Beach is a tourist town, but not over crowed, the traffic was not an issue at all.Along with a nice little beach house you have a host that is very helpful and responsive to your messages. We will definitely choose the house again.

A flash back to the Golden Age of Cocoa Beach

Owner was incredible nice and checked in with me upon arrival and departure. House was clean and well decorated with all the amenities you'd need. Very enjoyable stay and only minutes from the pier.

Right on the beach and close to restaurants

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We stayed for 4 nights- family of four with 13 and 11 year old. We found we really didn’t even need a car once we arrived! Everything was fine exactly as advertised and we had everything we needed! Would stay again!

Fantastic location!

This is a very charming cottage that feels a bit like stepping back in time. It is steps from a beautiful, sandy beach. It is walking distance to the pier and many restaurants. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay.

The perfect beach house

Awesome location right on the beach. Close to the pier but far enough away that the beach is not too busy. Very clean and plenty of space. Will try to stay here again if we come back to cocoa beach!
