Zwei neue Einheiten verfügbar: Luna und Sol. Beide Einheiten sind fast 2000 m² groß und verfügen über 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 1/2 Bäder, wobei jedes Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt. Die Master-Suite in beiden Einheiten verfügt über eine Kohler-Badewanne und eine ebenerdige Dusche. Alle Schlafzimmer haben einen Balkon. Das Maisonette liegt 1 Block vom Strand und nur wenige Schritte von Dunkin Donuts, Publix-Lebensmitteln und Restaurants entfernt. Der Pier ist ganz in der Nähe und bietet eine Bar, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Weitere Ausstattungsmerkmale sind Arbeitsplatten aus Granit, 10 Fuß hohe Decken, viel Tageslicht, schön verarbeitete Böden und private Garagen.

The house was beautiful with a lot of open space. Having three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and a private balcony expanded the living space even more. I was even able to watch a rocket launch from the bedroom balcony one night late.

Our stay was wonderful. Just as described, the property is just steps from the beach on a quiet street, but still very close to dining and entertainment options. The house is VERY large, and a great value. It worked perfectly for our three-generation family, staying for a couple days to check out the space center and beaches before getting on our cruise. Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was especially nice. Our tween boys loved the foosball table as well. Communication with Greg, the host, was always extremely quick, clear, and friendly. We cruise once a year out of Port Canaveral, and we expect this house to be our regular pre-cruise vacation spot!

Overall, this vrbo met our needs and had sufficient space for all of us. The location is great as it is close to shopping and a block from the beach. We appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The garage had some beach gear and we enjoyed using the umbrella at the beach. I do believe that the house needs a deep cleaning as the floors weren't the cleanest. There were missing blinds in the living area and we draped sheets over the LR furniture because it was stained. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs and the host was responsive and communicated when we reached out.

Great vacation home

Great vacation spot very close to beach , just in walking distance, close to restaurants. The house was very spacious and nice and the owner was easy to get in contact with. My family had a great time together there.

Beach vacay

Greg's place was so nice, spacious and clean! 5 of us stayed and we had plenty of room to be together to watch a movie and eat our meals and also to spread out and have our own space. The location is great, just a block from the beach. Shops and restaurants are close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Fun Location

Beautiful property located perfectly in Cocoa Beach. It’s a very short walk to the beach, Pier and restaurants with a grocery store across the street. We had a terrific time staying here!

It was a nice big property and all the the beach supplies came in very handy. You can rent the big boards and bikes but the boogie boards were free and more our speed

Family Beach Vacation

We LOVED our stay here! So close to the beach and everything else. We walked down to the beach every day!! The house was clean, well equipped, & very spacious. If we ever come back to cocoa beach we will stay here! I’ve already recommended it to a friend as well.

Great spot at the beach!

We loved the spacious accommodations. Short walk to the beach. Foosball table. Wish we could have used the bikes in the garage without an additional fee. But loved our stay!

Extended Weekend Getaway

House was clean and big. Definitely plenty of room for any group. Centralized location and extremely close to the port and plenty of restaurants around. If you bring a family plenty of activities for children as well. Owner extremely quick to answer questions as well. Great overall experience!

Great place, new, clean and bigger then expected. Location was great 1 block from beach and pier. Many restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely rent again. Greg was easy to work with and communicated well and immediately for any needs.

Great property, fantastic location!

Absolutely loved this property! Spacious, plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for our family of five. Only a short walk to the beach and even included boogie boards and sand toys for the kids. Owner was communicative and helpful - everything worked smoothly and no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Cocoa Beach!

Beautiful beach house

We were in town for a family reunion. Greg's place was big, modern , very comfortable and clean. Location was good with lots of restaurants and supermarket right across the street. The house was well equipped with everything you need and very close to the beach and pier. I would recommend Greg's.

Amazing vacation house

Came here for a girls weekend. Five women, so it was awesome to have 3 1/2 bathrooms. House was beautiful and so clean. We cook on vacation and the kitchen had everything we needed!! Close to the beach and pier, we were able to walk everywhere. Dinner at Fishlips was great too! I would definitely recommend to others and I would stay there again 🏝💖
