Great location to the beach, shops, restaurants, and bars. The view outside the home was wonderful, right on the cross of two canals. The house was clean and had a really cute 70's vibe to it. Will probably return at some point!

Pre-cruise stay

Relaxing stay for three couples before taking a cruise. Enjoyed the spacious house and time spent outside watching the dolphins, manatees, pelicans, and all the wildlife. Wish the weather would have been warm enough to enjoy the pool.

Perfect location

Extremely clean with all of the accommodations you need. Great location on the corner of the inland waterway and a quick walk to the beach and restaurants.

Perfect view!

This was such a great house to stay at in Cocoa Beach. You can walk to the beach just down the street, sit on the back porch and see the manatees in the morning and even take a short walk for the best tacos in town! Will definitely recommend you stay here!

Fun stay

We had a great time staying in this home, we were in the area for baseball so when we had down time it was fun to hang out and fish on the banana river and go To the ocean, we saw an alligator, manatees, dolphins and lots of other fish in the waterway.

Great location for wildlife and short walk to beach

Loved the peace and quiet of this corner location! Saw many manatees, dolphins and birds. House was as described and was very comfortable. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!

The house was great. 6 of us stayed after a cruise. There is lots of space and the views are wonderful. We saw dolphins, manatees and many birds. There was a wagon with chairs and an umbrella and a cooler to take to the beach which we took advantage of. The location can’t be beat!

Birthday Celebration

My daughter and granddaughters flew in from VA to celebrate my 78th birthday. The beach house was PERFECT for all of us. The eclectic home provided us with everything we needed. It's only a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the grocery store. Every morning my daughter and I enjoyed a cup of coffee on the patio watching the sea birds, dolphins, and manatees. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday and plan to make this an annual event.

Fun and quiet

Quiet neighborhood where you can walk to everything you need. Sit outside and watch the playful dolphins and manatees swim past. one mile to Cocoa Beach Country club and a quick walk to the beach. Great place to stay!

Pre-Cruise Spring Break

Spent long weekend before our cruise at this property. Loved location of house, very peaceful and beautiful to sit and watch the manatees, birds and dolphins. Property very clean, just dated in kitchen and bathrooms. Walking distance to beach and many restaurants.

Kennedy Space Center family trip

Location is great and home is nicely furnished. The waterway is lovely and sunsets are gorgeous. The trip with our grandchildren to visit Kennedy Space Center was a hit! The house is near restaurants and lots of shops too… we enjoyed PaPa Vito’s and Jazzy’s Mainly Lobster and Seafood.

Perfect Retro Beach Home

We loved this home so much! It was very spacious and had a cool retro vibe. The views were awesome and we loved sitting outside fishing, reading or just watching the wildlife and sunsets. Wonderful stay

The house was spotless on arrival, had all the amenities needed in the kitchen. The pool was nice. We were able to see both dolphins and manatee in the waters next to the house which was a great added treat. Plenty of room and a great location. The beach is close enough to walk. We were also able to see a space launch while we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Vacation

We had a fantastic stay and loved the home and location. Saw manatee and dolphins. Fished morning, day and night and had just a nice relaxing time. We had an elderly person with us and we had to place chairs to block step downs in a few areas and a smart tv only so be prepared with your own logins etc places be put
