Enter through the private front door and you`ll be in the large living room, that opens up into the full kitchen. Living room has a comfy couch and a large TV with streaming services. The bathroom has a full bath, and the bedroom has a comfortable memory foam queen mattress.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well the patio seating in the common area.

Guests have the whole apartment to themselves, but if you need anything, I`m always available.

The perfect location! You`re just 30 seconds walk to the beach in Marina del Rey, in a quiet part of the Marina Peninsula, but you`re also just 3 blocks to Washington Blvd, where you`ll find restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the Venice Pier!

Uber or Walk is the easiest! But you do have parking for 1 car if you need it, and you`re just a few blocks from the bus route on Washington. It`s also easy to rent a bike or a bird scooter and see all of Venice, Santa Monica, and The Marina!
