PARTIES & GATHERINGS:
Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Any gathering exceeding this limit is considered a party and is strictly prohibited.
Loud music and large gatherings are not permitted.

PRODUCTIONS & FILMING
All production activities require:
- Owner's production & event rental agreement
- Additional insurance certificate in owner's name
- Production fee: $100/hour or $1000/day (12-hour day, including load in/out)
- Site representative (included in full-day rate)
- Maximum crew size: 15 people
- Hair/makeup station available upon request
