Opal Escape is a one-bedroom penthouse arranged across three levels, combining sweeping marina views with a private rooftop terrace. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the waterfront scenery into the home, while the rooftop's outdoor seating, BBQ, and fire pit create a memorable setting for morning coffee, outdoor meals, and sunset relaxation.

Inside, the king-bed suite and soaking tub offer a comfortable retreat. A fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, central air conditioning, and a 65-inch Smart TV make it easy to settle in. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace also support guests who need to work during their stay.

Guests have access to shared resort-style facilities, including a pool, gym, and game room, along with assigned parking. Shared amenities are managed by the building and remain subject to availability, maintenance, and building policies.
