Beautiful Seascape Beach Resort North Bluff 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2nd story condo offers stunning ocean & pool views and is right next to the North Bluff pool & jacuzzi. Parking available just below unit with close proximity to an elevator for easy loading & unloading for your trip. This newly remodeled condo includes new bathrooms & furnishings throughout and a new fireplace! A light & bright decor welcomes you to the perfect place to create your beach vacation memories.
The Space:
This beautifully appointed two-story condominium offers stunning views of the North Bluff pool and the ocean. Enter the main level which features a convenient half-bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, drip coffee pot, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. Enjoy casual meals at the high-top counter with bar seating, gather around the dining room table or enjoy a meal on the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean beyond. The inviting living room boasts a comfortable sofa bed, a cozy lounger and chair, a large TV, and a gas fireplace. Step out onto the private balcony, overlooking the pool and the ocean where you can also enjoy the use of an electric BBQ for grilling. Upstairs, you'll find a convenient stacking washer and dryer and a full bathroom in the hallway. Both bedrooms offer comfortable beds and ample storage. The primary bedroom includes a TV, a full bath, and a second private balcony with even more spectacular views of the pool, ocean and horizon over the Monterey Bay. The balconies are a perfect place for coffee in the morning or your favorite beverage at night as you enjoy the most magical sunsets. With ample open parking just below and the elevator a few feet away coming and going is convenient. Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during your stay. We will send out the check-in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.
FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches. Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site). Concierge services, front desk services, pool towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rentals and $75 smores packages are not available to private renters. You are welcome to build an open fire in the sand (Seascape beach is one of the only beaches in California that still allows open fires) supplies are available at the Village Market across the street or any local grocery store. The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay. The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach. On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site). Across the street from the resort, you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops. The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort. In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10-minute drive away you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. This idyllic setting is perfect for mountain biking, hiking or exploring the historic village. In the village you will meet the lovely people of Aptos who love their town and its visitors. Pick your favorite spot to start and your adventure begins-many will invite you to enjoy the happenings of the day throughout the town. There are so many things to do here including wine tasting, shopping, pub crawling, fine dining and so much more. Take a hike in the Forest of Nisene Marks State Park-it's magical! With 17 miles of Monterey Bay beach to explore, spacious all-suites accommodations, delicious fine dining, and a full range of activities to choose from, Seascape is the premier Santa Cruz luxury resort. Seascape provides everything to make your Santa Cruz lodging experience memorable, including a host of resort options and both free and paid amenities. Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available immediately outside the unit and throughout the resort property. All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car. To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access. NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort. The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking. The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minutes' drive. Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).
On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar. Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa are accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit. Use of the full gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site). Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to the shuttle, golf carts, fitness facility, $250 bonfire rental and $75 smores packages are not available to private renters. Seascape Beach is one of the only beaches in California that still allows open firepits-on the sand. Supplies can be purchased in the Village across the street or at a grocery store. See the guest welcome binder for a list of nearby stores, note: deliveries can be made to the unit.

Great condo for a family. Wonder views of the property and the ocean. We saw whales everyday from the balcony. Close to restaurants and a cute little market. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and the trails around the property were great for the kids to run around. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely condo ocean view
Great condo, location and view. Loved the whale watching and beach (path down to it). Nice condo layout and kids enjoyed pool and hot tub area. Appreciated all the kitchen and beach amenities. Only things I would change would be thicker condo walls to prevent noise from loud neighbors and firmer bedroom mattress to prevent rolling into the middle and disturbing partner every time someone moves in middle of night.
