Maximize your vacation enjoyment at Seascape Resort staying in this unique 2 story townhome strategically set along the bluffs of Monterey Bay. Wrapped in windows, this villa positions you to enjoy ocean views from every room along with the peaceful panorama provided by sweeping views of the adjacent open space. The updated decor is focused on creating the perfect beach setting, and the newly installed appliances will add to your every convenience.
The Space:
The first level opens to an entryway with adjacent half bath. From there, you’ll move on to the spacious open floor plan, larger than most, consisting of the fully equipped kitchen with counter seating, dining area, and living room. The furnished patio fronts the expansive lawn area and connects to the coastal path which will take to the nearby park or provide a delightful stroll along the coastal bluff to the beach, the Resort with restaurant and bar, or Seascape Village with its shops and restaurants.
Upstairs you’ll enjoy the additional features of cathedral ceilings with ceiling fans in each of the spacious bedrooms, two spacious remodeled bathrooms one with a walk-in shower and the other a tub add an elegant touch, and a balcony off the master bedroom offering expansive views along the coast line, a perfect spot for a private glass of wine.
Outside the front door, you’ll be a few steps to a pleasant outdoor fireside seating area, a putting green and naturally set pond with attractive water features. Here you will find the frogs that sing for you, creating a real-life sound machine.
Additional information about the villa: 3 flat screen tv’s each with dvd players (in living room and each bedroom), fireplace, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, fan, electric barbecue, free wifi, free parking, keyless entry. Bedrooms both have king beds. Bathrooms provide ample bath towels for your use, hairdryer, and starter shampoos, conditioner, lotion. Pool towels are provided in each bedroom closet.
Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.

PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock and is accessible anytime. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.
FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool/Spa-access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rentals, $75 smores packages south bluff and main lobby pools are not available to private renters.

To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minutes drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).
FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
