This spacious, beautiful, remodeled Seascape Beach Resort condo boasts tasteful decorations and furnishings throughout. Private patios overlook the pool, ponds and immaculate lawns that lead to the south bluff cliffs and the breathtaking ocean view beyond. Upgraded kitchen includes new appliances & bar top seating for meal prepping enjoyment. Ample living room seating allows for comfortable gatherings for up to 6 guests. Enjoy sunsets over Monterey Bay right from the balconies!
The Space:
Enter this beautifully decorated condo on the first level where you will find a half bath, fully stocked upgraded kitchen with upgraded appliances to include full size refrigerator, microwave, oven range and stove, new dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot and blender. Seating is available at the high-top kitchen bar, dining table, many chairs and couches and patio set on the private balcony. The living room allows for guests to spread out to enjoy games or viewing of the TV. Views from the balcony are amazing and include the ponds with fountains situated in the well-manicured grass lawns, the south bluff lookout and the expansive ocean beyond. Upstairs you will find a stacking washer and dryer and full bathroom in the hall. Large bedrooms offer king size bed and storage space for your personal belongings in dressers and closets. The master bedroom offers a private bathroom and second private balcony with the same amazing views! When the frogs are out, if you leave the slider cracked at night on either balcony you will be serenaded by the hundreds of frogs in the ponds-this is what sound machines are made of! Take a walk around the ponds to hear them in stereo! This gorgeous condo is perfect for Seascape vacation for up to 6 guests-Please, Be our Guest!

PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during your stay. We will send out the check-in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.
FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace and firepit at main lodge pool. Use of walking paths and bluff overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.
The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, pools and spas, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort, you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.
In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10-minute drive away you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. This idyllic setting is perfect for mountain biking, hiking or exploring the historic village. In the village you will meet the lovely people of Aptos who love their town and its visitors. Pick your favorite spot to start and your adventure begins-many will invite you to enjoy the happenings of the day throughout the town. Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available immediately outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minutes' drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).
On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar. The North Bluff pool and hot tub is accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches. Use of the full gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

Seascape has outside video cameras in public spaces throughout the property. Open fires are allowed on the beach and supplies are available at the Village across the street.
