Sunset Blessing: 4BR Home w/ Hot Tub & Pool Access

Sunset Blessing is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation home nestled in the private, gated community of Desoto Landing on Dauphin Island. This spacious home comfortably sleeps 10 and is designed for relaxation and entertainment.

The open-concept living space includes a cozy sectional in the living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a large island for meal prep or quick bites, and a dining area that seats 8. The laundry closet is conveniently located near the bedrooms.

The home features three luxurious king suites, each with its own private bathroom, TV, and ample storage. The NE King Suite offers a double vanity and a shower stall, while the SE King Suite has a tub-shower combo. The SW King Suite is generously sized with a sitting bench and shower-tub combo. The NW Bunk Room includes a full-over-full bunk bed and direct access to the common bathroom.

Outdoor living spaces are plentiful at Sunset Blessing. Relax on the elevated, covered back porch or enjoy the private hot tub located under the house. The outdoor area also includes a propane grill, perfect for barbecuing.

Desoto Landing offers wonderful amenities, including a communal pool, tennis courts, and a private boardwalk leading to the pristine Gulf beaches, making Sunset Blessing the perfect retreat for your island getaway.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include all adults and children and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and cannot be used. They are not permitted by Homeowner Insurance Policies.
11. Per HOA, exterior lights must be turned off when not in use. Strictly enforced.
