The Resort
Windsor Hills Resort is a 24-hour secured gated community located less than 2 miles from the Main Gates of Walt Disney World. It offers safe and peaceful, luxurious accommodations with all the amenities you would expect from a five star resort, but without the resort fees.
The Clubhouse Complex offers a large lagoon style heated swimming pool, a multi-million dollar water park featuring dueling water slides and large splash zones, hot tub, 48 seat movie theater, fitness center, Foosball, air hockey, table tennis, pool tables, video arcade, sundry shop (convenience store) and video rentals. The outdoor activities include basketball, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, a putting green, castle themed playground and even RV parking.

Near all the Parks!

If you are visiting any of the Disney Parks, this is the place for you! Excellent accommodations and extremely clean. Everything you need is at your fingertips. The property manager is always available if you have any questions. Excellent pools, clubhouse, water slides, and more. Book your next Orlando vacation here!

Wonderful stay and Disney Parks

The place was perfect for our big family! The kids loved their room! The bathrooms are nicely updated loved the masters shower. Would stay there again anytime. April was really nice and she answers so quickly. Thanks for a great week at your beautiful condo!

Two Week family vacation

We had a great time staying here. The property is lovely and was perfect for us with a young family. The resort and pool area was good also for downtime. Communication with the owner was excellent, and she was always on hand before and during our stay to help with any questions or issues we had. I would strongly recommend and we hope to stay again sometime soon.

Great property!!

Stayed at the property during spring break and it was everything we’d hoped for and more. Very spacious with plenty of room to hang out and with very good sized bedrooms and space for everyone. The location was great with easy access to Disney and a short drive to Universal and other attractions. The condo was very clean and laid out effectively to make our stay great. April was great to work with and communicated quickly and provided all of the information needed for the stay. If you’re looking for a place to stay with great access to amenities this condo should be on the short list. Gated and private this condo couldn’t be beat. Pool and amenities were also very nice.

Disney for Christmas

We stayed at the condo for our Christmas holiday. It was was equipped with everything we needed and was extremely clean! We had plenty of space and the location was fantastic. It was only a couple of miles from the Disney parks. We would definitely stay here again.

Birthday trip

My friends and I were in Orlando for a birthday trip to Epcot. The housing development was very nice and the condo was beautiful. We were only about 4 miles from Epcot and using Uber to get everywhere was awesome. April was awesome to work with and communicated great. I will book with her again.

Luxury stay for an affordable price!

Everything about our stay here was delightful. Easy and quick communication with the property manager. Comfortable, clean furnishings and linens. Spacious rooms and closet/cabinet space. It all made us feel both at home and pampered. I enjoyed our stay here more than our stay at our premium hotel at Universal! Can't recommend it enough.

So clean and exactly as advertised!

Probably the cleanest vrbo I have stayed in! All hard floors and no dust/dirt/grime. April has made it very convenient and comfortable. Very tasteful decorated in Disney theme. Super easy to check in and excellent communication. The pool was great for the kids.

Great comfortable stay in Orlando!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and were happy that the ride to the ESPN World of Sports was only 14-16 minutes. We had everything we needed in the condominum. The kids' room with the bunk beds was spacious with a huge attached bathroom. The adult rooms were equally comfortable and the bat off the master was adorable. April was responded within minutes of any inquiry. The kitchen items were perfect for cooking and the kitchen itself was roomy. Was a great place to relax in after coming home from a long day of soccer. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect

Our stay was fantastic from the booking with April , who is wonderful,she will address any questions almost instantly ! The communication is spot on . The place is spot let, very nicely decorated and the kids room is amazing . Our granddaughters loved it, it had nice touches for kids like a stool in the bathroom,pack and play all the games and videos. The distance to the pool/water park is an easy walk even for young kids. The park is a dive to but so fun with swings and a big castle with slides. Great value for the money
