The location can’t get better if you plan to use the clubhouse amenities it’s right behind you, animal kingdom was only 13 min away! The house was very clean and the washer/ dryer was a plus, no traveling back home with dirty clothes if you’re like me (: the beds were very squeaky something to keep in mind if you toss and turn a lot.

The location to parks, all the amenities of resort & condo, very clean, loved the games for the kids & adults. Or grandkids played the pac man machine every night (including the adults)! Beds were very comfy & had everything we needed for relaxing days from Disney parks.

Perfect place to stay! Very clean and had everything you could need. Amenities were great! Most of our time was spent at the parks but we did enjoy a down day by the huge heated pool with slides! Very quick and easy access to the pool. Short distance from the main entry which makes it easier to get/from the condo. Total of 4 adults and 2 kids. Rooms were great and plenty of space for everyone. Very clean!

Great property! We loved the condo and the kids loved the pool/splash pad/slides! Very safe with the check in process. Kids had fun in the arcade and with the kids crafts. Lots of space and great location by the pool!

Will not be back - cockroaches and unclean

Upon arrival we found a cockroach in the kitchen, cockroach poop across the kitchen counters, and a toilet filled with mold. We contacted the host immediately and she refunded the cleaning fee. It was apparent that the condo had not been cleaned prior to our arrival as there were crumbs on the floor and across the surfaces. I asked for cleaning supplies to disinfect the counters as I could not locate any in the condo. The host had the cleaning service come out to take care of the condo. We left for this to happen and when we returned it appeared the kitchen counter was wiped and that was all that was done. I informed the host. She offered to refund our stay for any nights we did not use the condo but there were no other vrbos available as it was the weekend, so we had no choice but to stay for the remainder of our vacation. We then found another cockroach in the bathroom in the middle of the night on our third night in the condo. When I reached back out to the host asking for a partial refund for the uncleanliness and overall disappointment in the accommodations she declined to offer any other compensation other than the cleaning fee that had already been refunded. We will never use this Vrbo again and would not stay at the property in general. We were extremely disappointed in our stay. If we could have found another Vrbo we would have left earlier. We were grossed out staying in this the condo for our entire stay.

Good value with plenty of space.

Pleased with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the unit. The property itself is like a mini resort of its own with the size of the waterpark, onsite mini mart and fitness/arcade center. Check in process was easy. Communication with the host was prompt and easy (i used the vrbo app to communicate). Kitchen was stocked with everything I needed and they were in good/new condition. Appliances were newer and clean. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Place for Disney Trip

We have stayed at Windsor Hills several times. We loved the location of this condo by the pool. The condo was very clean, and the kids’ room was decorated cute in a Mickey theme. The pool water was heated to make it perfect for swimming in early March. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation!

We absolutely loved this property! The condo was perfect for our family of 4 plus my sister In law and brother. Everything we needed in the kitchen, super convenient for going to and from the pool and only a short drive to Disney! Tatiana was great to communicate with and we will definitely have her condo on the top of our list when we return to the area in the future!

Perfect for Disney with kids!

We really loved everything about this condo. We traveled with two adults and four kids between 4yrs.-10yrs.old. It was decorated and updated nicely, very clean, had all the supplies you could think of including kid toys and kid gear. The cute picture lights in the kids room were great for a night light until the kids fell asleep. The kids used the Mickey bedroom as their hangout to wind down each day. They had their own tv, phooseball, and enjoyed building their legos at the mini table. We were very close to the pool and my kids loved it. The slide water was pretty cold--but it didn't stop them! The pool was clean and nicely heated and it was not busy at all. The owner answered all of our questions and was very prompt in replies. We would highly recommend this condo. and would love to come back here and stay for our next Disney vacation.

Perfect condo for weathering Hurricane Milton

This condo was in the perfect location, very close to Disney! We happened to be vacationing when Hurricane Milton made its way to Florida. The owner, Tatiana, kept in touch throughout the whole experience. The condo was very clean and “hurricane” safe. The pool, mini-waterpark, and slide were right out the door. I would definitely return again and would recommend.
