Spacious, high end home with rooftop deck for ocean views!

Welcome to Stay Salty. We are the right side of an ocean view duplex town home and just a short walk to the beach. You will love all the high-end finishes of this gorgeous home. When you first walk in you'll notice the large open floor plan - living room, kitchen and dining area. There is plenty of comfy seating and a large 65" Smart TV in the living room. The kitchen has quartz countertops, solid wood cabinets, waterproof Pergo flooring, and a marble back splash with wall mounted pot filler faucet. Just off the kitchen is a bedroom with queen bed, Smart TV, and full bathroom off the hall.

On the second floor are three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is spacious with a queen bed, has a Smart TV, and on-suite private bathroom with walk in shower with multiple shower heads and a large walk in closet. Just down the hall is another bedroom with a queen bed and Smart TV, a full bathroom off the hall, and the fourth bedroom with queen bed and a Smart TV.

Off the master bedroom is a deck with spiral stairs up to a rooftop patio and wonderful ocean view.

We have parking for four cars and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The backyard has a brand-new pergola with outdoor lighting, Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill and a picnic table.

The public beach access is a short four-minute walk away, and we provide a rolling cart for all your beach gear.

Enjoy all that Carolina Beach has to offer - outdoor music, summer fireworks, the famous boardwalk, restaurants, great seafood, bars, ice cream shops, coffee shops, pizza, a summer carnival, and of course Britt's Donuts. Also, on our island is the Kure Beach pier, NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher historic Civil War museum, and if you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle you can drive out onto the beach at Freeman Park!

Rent a paddle boat on the lake, rent jet skis on the inlet, surf fish, pier fish, or just lay on the beach soaking up the sun. With so many choices you'll have as much or as little to do as you'd like during your vacation!

Great place to stay. Outdoor area was nice. Kitchen stocked nicely with plates, pots, pans, etc. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms nice. Appreciated they had enough hangars in closet to hang all our clothes.

Great family vacation

Great beach house!

Perfect location, even bigger than you think!

This place is huge! Seriously the pictures don’t do it justice. It is in the perfect location, and perfect to have a lot of people (we had 7 adults) that aren’t on top of one another. We had a wedding in Wilmington and it was a short uber ride in. The beach is right down the road, so is a Publix and a bunch of restaurants. We’ve already talked about coming back!

4th of July Family Stay

David was very responsive to messages. Check-in directions were emailed 3 days prior and easy to follow. The house was very spacious, well-maintained, and clean. and the kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials plus a Keurig and blender. The house also comes with puzzles and games and a large kitchen table to gather. Public beach access is less than a 5 minute walk to Spartanburg Ave and the Boardwalk area has tons of restaurants, entertainment, and small shops. We watched the Carolina Beach fireworks show from the 2nd floor balcony and rooftop.

Great house

This was a great house, we enjoyed our stay. It was very well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen, most places don’t do a great job making sure there’s plenty of kitchen items. It was clean and decorated nicely. Another thing that was nice was that we could adjust the thermostat 😂 we stayed at a few places and the owner wouldn’t let us adjust the air so that was quite terrible. It’s also within walking distance of the beach, a few restaurants and an organic coffee place that was really great

Open concept is spacious and roomy with two stories and an upper stair balcony for star gazing and sunsets. Great outdoor seating with shower with lunch tables and couches and a small grill. walking distance to the beach. If you have issues with climbing stairs than be aware there are stairs here.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Pura Vida in Carolina Beach. The property was well appointed, in a great location, and very clean. The unit looks exactly like the pictures. It worked great for 2 families and the open floor plan of the main living area was a great place to hang out. My only minor complaint is that there was no bar/bath soap supplied (be sure to bring your own) and there was only 1 bath towel per person,

Family Vacation

The property was beautiful. The kitchen was very spacious, and we did not feel crowded while we were in there. It was a very short walk to the beach. The bedrooms are all very nice and accommodating. The balcony areas are very nice as well as the other outdoor space with the grill area. The bed or the frame in the first floor guest area off the kitchen needs updated or replaced. Noisy with the slightest movement. The extra beach, chairs, and beach Kurt provided was a nice addition. We would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.We really enjoyed our stay!

Property was very accommodating, tastefully decorated and conveniently located to attractions. Extremely disappointed that the management team didn’t covey the construction activity across the street. We were unable to take advantage of any outdoor spaces (which was a major reason this property was chosen). We should have been informed and offered other comparable properties. Items in unit that need attention: Light over oven needs replacing Closet door in upstairs back bedroom doesn’t open on right side. Master bath shower heads are desperately in need of cleaning. Water barely trickles out. Something brown on pocket door in master bathroom. I think we should be offered a rebate or something for the inconvenience we endured. Open to discussion. Tevis Vacation June 2024

We have been coming to Carolina Beach/Kure Beach for years and this was our first time staying at this location. This house well exceeded our expectations! The surrounding neighbors/houses were all very quiet which made relaxing on the 3 decks very easy. The sunrise view from the rooftop deck was stunning. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We were able to walk everywhere, (boardwalk/beach/restaurants/the lake) easily from this location even with small children. We are already planning our next trip back to this house!
