Your newly renovated and remodeled HGTV inspired luxurious vacation home is located inside the award winning Palmetto Dunes Resort. Located on the #1 island in the US, America’s Favorite Island since 2016, and the #2 Beach Town in the South…Sunset Serenity awaits you, your family, and friends with ultimate panoramic views of the famous 11-mile lagoon from your private deck. Your massive panoramic lagoon views can be enjoyed from your private outdoor entertainment space with luxurious sectional patio furniture. If at anytime, you feel like swapping your majestic, sunset lagoon views for an ocean view, the beach is not far away.

Your updated and upgraded kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of cooking and baking equipment and utensils including a: crock-pot, Ninja blender, toaster, double waffle maker, etc. Also, a five foot custom coffee bar has been designed for your enjoyment and includes: a drip coffee maker, Keurig machine, espresso maker, a milk frother, Aeropress, & electric kettle for teas (supplies are not provided by owner).

Your living room has been installed with a 75” 4K UHD HDR TV (which includes cable & Netflix access), a Bose sound system, a high-end ceiling fan, and and XBox One S (which includes 9 games and a drive to bring your own) for a true entertainment experience!

Whether you are staying in the master or guest bedroom, you will have your own 49” 4K UHD HDR TV to watch for personal pleasure. Fans have been installed in both bedrooms to ensure maximum comfort. Both bedrooms are also equipped with closet space that include hanging racks, floating night stands, and additional shelf space.

A designated office is also available for anyone needing space to work remotely. If you are just wanting to enjoy some causal internet surfing, fast, free & secure wi-fi is also included for everyone staying with you in your vacation home. When it’s time to shut the technology off, a library of board games are accessible.

Our 5-star cleaning service prepares your vacation home and provides you with a starter kit that includes: fresh linens, fresh towels for five people, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
