The condo was well equipped. We were able to easily cook, bake and grill because there was plenty of utensils and cookware. The living room is a great area for hanging out to watch a game with a huge comfy sectional couch and a LARGE TV. The deck was another great place to hang out in the evenings with a nice water view. Location of the condo made it easy to bike everywhere. The owner was welcoming and available.

Lovely deck with comfortable furniture and great view. The best equipped kitchen of any place we've stayed. Even sharp knives! Incredible coffee bar. Host couldn't be more helpful. Easy walk to beach or Shelter Cove.

Rich was an awesome guest! He was a fabulous communicator. He respected our home and treated it as if it were his own. He was also patient with us and understanding during his stay when our community roofing project (which was delayed) actually required work during his travel dates with us. He allowed the roofing company to complete their work as needed. We would absolutely host Rich again for a future stay! Excellent guest!

Perfect location. Totally private with lovely lagoon views. 15 minute walk to beach or harbor. Well supplied if you liked to cook. Would definitely stay again

Great Views and Vibes

We loved our stay here. Great views of the sunset each evening and great vibes in Palmetto Dunes. The bean bag chair was a hit for the kids and thank Chad for his thorough video tutorials on how to work the technology/appliances. We will be staying again for sure!

Everything was excellent! Wonderful communication by Chad prior to our arrival, and location was outstanding! Detailed instructions for everything in the villa was very helpful! Enjoyed many great mornings and a few evenings on the nice deck with the great view! Would definitely recommend this listing if you are planning to stay in Hilton Head! Only negative was I was hoping to see an alligator but didn't :)

Spring Getaway

We were looking for a place to end our spring break and get some fun in the sun on the beach, this was perfect!! The house was very spacious and comfortable. The location was private and on the fringe of the property so we felt very much to ourselves in a good way. Would gladly stay here again, and hope to have the opportunity in the near future!

Perfect Stay!

My husband, two sons (10 & 12) and myself had such a wonderful week! Our stay was perfect! We went to beach daily, fished in the backyard and splashed in many of the pools on the property! Chad was great to communicate with and the home was clean and updated. We will definitely go back!

Chad is a delight to work with. Very communicative - checking in frequently to make sure all was well. Unit is conveniently located to the beach, the General store and Outfitters for bike rental.

Spring Break

Had a much needed spring break with hubby and son. The place was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Did lots of activities (walking, biking, kayaking, tennis) but also lots of chill time. Great location on Hilton Head and in the complex. Chad was very communicative which felt welcoming. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable

Both beds were really comfortable and as a person that normally doesn't sleep well I was so happy for a peaceful nights sleep. Great location and everything you need is there. Restaurants and grocery stores conveniently nearby. Highly recommended

Perfect Getaway

The home was beautifully decorated, everything is updated and very spacious. The lagoon sunsets were gorgeous and great bike paths everywhere. An easy bike ride or walk to markets, restaurants and the beach. I would definitely return.

Comfortable and perfectly located

We just loved Sunset Serenity. Great communication and organization by the owner. The villa had everything we needed and had cute costal decor. Best of all was its terrific location - wide open westerly views over the lagoon, super close to pickle/tennis, a short bike to the beach and dining/shopping in Shelter Cove. We look forward to another visit!

Gorgeous

It was an absolute beautiful place in a great location. We have traveled to Hilton Head Island for many years and this Villa was as top notch as any we have stayed at.
