You will stay in this fully furnished apartment a few steps from the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe.

The apartment is ideally located in the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe area. It is located and close to the Louvre Museum and a large number of famous monuments are nearby. It is also a short walk from Porte Maillot convention center.

This apartment is located on the ground floor on a charming courtyard with trees. It has 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a large living room where you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character and its view of a garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining room has a dining table for 8 people and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.

Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.

You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.

Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

HOUSE RULES

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.

A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.
