This beautifully decorated central Paris duplex apartment is situated on the 1st and 2nd floors of a private Haussmann-style brownstone building with elevator, ideally located on the Right Bank of the Seine. Designed for comfort, beauty, and livability, the apartment comfortably accommodates 6–7 guests in style and quiet luxury.
You are just three minutes on foot from some of Paris’s most iconic landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower, the Trocadéro Gardens, and the elegant Pont de l'Alma.

(For larger groups, we also offer an adjacent, full one-bedroom apartment that connects directly to this duplex, allowing space for up to three additional guests, along with a second kitchen and a third full bathroom.)

• One king bed may be separated into two single beds upon request (please advise prior to arrival)

– A large walk-in shower
• Additional half bathroom conveniently located near the living area
