Apartment is located on the Avenue de Suede, one of the most prestigious streets in Nice where you can find luxury boutiques and a 2-minute walk from Ruhl beach.



Space



Welcome to our charming apartment in the heart of the City Center,

Located on the third floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, proximity to touristic places, equipped kitchen, AC, washing machine, oven, Wi-Fi, Netflix...

In the apartment, you feel like you are in the jungle with the lush vegetation of the wall tapestry which dominates the living room. We have scattered tropical birds here and there in our decoration. The Parrots are in the spotlight!

This apartment consists in a bedroom separated thanks to a glass roof with its double bed, a sofa bed in the living room and a bathroom with shower and WC.

Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle.

This is a no smoking apartment.



Access



The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood



Massena Square and « La Piétonne » (Massena Street, a pedestrian street with lots of shops, cafés and restaurants) are popular and lively areas of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops (Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès nearby) … and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 3 minutes on foot. Walk along Massena Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market. Everything is on your doorstep to fully enjoy your stay in Nice.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Jean Médecin. Journey takes only 25 minutes and this stop is 550m away from the apartment.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Bus 100 to Menton via Monaco is 25 minutes away on foot on the Harbor.

Train station « Nice Ville » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.

Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the streets around or in a public parking. Closest one is Interparking Ruhl Méridien (200m away).





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
