The cosy lounge area is flooded in light from the two magnificent double glazed French windows and has plenty of character with original beams and tiled floor. If you’re not too busy sipping wine and watching Niçoise life go by from your balcony then take a moment and relax on the comfy sofa and watch a DVD movie on the LCD TV with Netflix or read a book from the selection provided. There are also MP3 speakers. There is also a window AC unit to keep you cool!

Kitchen
Light bright and spacious separate kitchen come dining room with double glazed French doors opening onto the famous balcony! There is a four ring electric hob and oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, washing machine and the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking equipment and a cafetière.

Dining area
We know you’ll spend every minute possible on the balcony but, there is also a glass dining table in the kitchen that seats four.

Bedroom
The bedroom is on the small open plan mezzanine floor with a double (135×198) luxury Tempur mattress that moulds to the shape of your body and will guarantee you comfort and support all night. (Please note the mattress is on the floor) There is a sliding wardrobe to house your clothes. The mezzanine is reached by a short flight of wooden stairs leading up from the lounge area and is below standing height.

The bathroom has a full bath to relax in, a shower overhead, vanity unit and toilet.

The apartment was in the perfect location for exploring old town in Nice. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The only downside was how hot the sleeping area was at night, the AC unit wasn't enough to cool it.

Wonderful Old Town of Nice - has to be seen!

This was our third stay with Yourniceapartment.com and as usual you didn’t disappoint. We love the wine on arrival, the local coffee, the security of an apartment manager on call who meets you when you arrive and the fact that your apartments are all so beautiful I want to stay in each one and if I could convince my husband we would be back each month to do that!

Great location

Great little apartment, right in the center of Old Town Nice, 8 min walk to beach. No beach towels, so take some with you, shower was not great, it would not stay up on the wall in holder, leaked over the screen door. Other than that, Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

A wonderful apartment - comfortable (A/C was a nice touch), spacious, and the balcony was the star of the show! My boyfriend is tall and the upstairs loft/bedroom was not an issue at all. Informative and personable in person check in, and the apartment manager was always available via text with questions. My only request would be beach towels. I would recommend this space for anyone staying in Nice!.

Loved our stay in this cute little appartment in centre of Old Nice. It was quaint, quirky and cosy in October with all mod cons required for comfort. Really appreciated a relaxing bath by candlelight after days walking around and powerful shower to wake you up in the morning. Everything in flat was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Apt. but Noisy

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The apt was centrally located and had everything we needed, even a washing machine. Our host left us a bottle of wine and yummy chips as a welcome gift - so kind. Our only issue was the bar across the street opened at 9 pm and closed at 4:30am. It was very noisy as people congregated outside to smoke. Made sleeping challenging for us. Maybe wouldn’t bother others though.

Cute place in charming old town Nice

This place was super cute and was just the right size for 2 people. They even included a bottle of wine and some coffee for us which was a nice touch. It is in old town near some pubs, so make sure if you are a light sleeper to bring some ear plugs or have a sound app on your phone. Additionally this is not the place for someone that cannot deal with some pretty steep stairs. Luckily it is on the 1st floor, but these stairs are not for the feint of heart. The property manager was so nice and accommodating. We had a question at one point and she immediately got back to us. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy a stay in old town Nice.

Nothing is completely ideal - even though this comes close

This apartment is perfect as a base for exploring Nice and the surroundings. Eventhough it is a smaller apartment, the bathroom is spacious enough, the kitchen allows cooking (although there is an abundance of restaurants literally at the bottom of the stairs) The apartment has a south facing balcony where you can sit in sunshine and enjoy the hustle of people below). Car traffic is very limited, as the streets are narrow. Our contact Rommelyn was perfect. Throrough check-in, giving recommendations for restaurants, and she did a great job trying to fix things when the street door blocked. The apartment is great and We would use it again....... But you need to be aware that the street host a few bars, and the street noise of partying people can last until 3 - 4 in the morning. Next time we bring ear plug. That is the price for renting in the old town, so central.

Great location!

We had an amazing time! The bed was really comfortable, the curtains were very dark, the street noise was not bad with all windows closed, the AC unit was a lifesaver, location was AMAZING. We got great use out of the Nespresso machine, iron, and washing machine. All a huge bonus! The mini fridge was more than adequate. We would have loved to have had a beach blanket/towels available as we came with carry on only and didn’t have room to pack our own. Just a note if you plan to head to the beach. We felt very safe in the building, but definitely be aware of your surrounding within Old Town, especially young females. We made sure to have the main door completely closed and locked every time before we went up the stairs. Also note the stairs are all different depths and heights, so just be aware when walking up and watch your step! It was 34 steps that were not bad at all once you got used to the different sizes (the second down from the first floor is significantly higher than all the others). Overall a great stay and we would definitely return!

Super Lage! Mitten in der quirligen Altstadt liegt die kleine gemütliche Wohnung. Man schläft sehr gut in dem Hochbett, jedoch ist es sowohl unter der Woche als auch am Wochenende sehr sehr laut bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Man hat sowohl Ausgehmöglichkeiten (Bars und Restaurants) als auch Kultur und den wunderschönen azurblauen Strand in der Nähe. Für einen Stadturlaub optimal!

Apartment damp, cold and very poorly maintained. Duct tape over broken windows, sockets hanging out of walls, paint damp and peeling off walls. We had to find alternative accommodation, on the day, with a different company, at our own expense. As if this wasn’t bad enough on the first day of our holiday, Vrbo have been worse than useless in dealing with our refusal to take an alternative (equally poorly maintained) apartment and are refusing to even discuss any compensation for this.They have gone direct to ‘we offered you something else’ and absolved themselves of any responsibility for state of the property.Do not use this company. I would rate lower than 1 star if it was an option. They are absolutely NOT interested in you as a customer and are all about the money. STAY AWAY.

My beautiful Juliette

Amazing apartment in an incredible location – the view of the cathedral and the romantic place Rossetti is exquisite. The service was first class from booking through to meeting our appointed manager and the free gift pack was really appreciated, especially the wine. Overall a great holiday, we loved Nice and especially the Old Town we will most definitely be back and will book with you again.
