En centre ville, dans le quartier très côté des Arceaux, baigné de lumière, calme, au bas de la célèbre rue Marioge avec ses commerces de bouche, son marché et tous commerces de proximité, vous pourrez rejoindre la place de la Comédie et la gare à pieds ou en tramway dont l'arrêt est situé à 200 mètres du logement ( ligne 3 arret saint Denis ou arceaux) . Doté d'une suite parentale équipée d'un lit en 160 cm d'un bureau d'une salle de bain et d'un dressing, 2 autres chambres seront à votre disposition équipées elles aussi de 2 lits en 120 cm, de bureaux et grands placards aménagés d'offrant en tout 4 couchages.

A wonderful way to experience Montpellier. Delphine's space was a perfect place for our family to stay for a holiday in Montpellier. The space is modern, and very conveniently located. It had an electric awning for the patio, a washer and dryer, and a decently stocked kitchen. The tram is about a 4 minute walk away and there is a wonderful market twice a week around the corner. We very much enjoyed spending evenings out on the private patio and walking along the Place du Peyrou to and from various outings in town. We really loved the little bistro a short walk away!During our stay, Delphine was very communicative and made it clear that if we needed anything to only reach out and ask. We would stay at Delphine's again without hestiation! Thank you Delphine!

Good vacation

The apartment was nice . We really enjoyed. Everyone had their own room. In the evening you could have dinner on the terrace. There are several grocery stores and a bakery nearby. Next time we will definitely stay in this apartment

Tasteful peaceful and comfortable

Delphine,s apartment is just gorgeous. It is light bright and so well decorated. There are beautiful artefacts decorating the place, very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and it is modern and so easy to live in. The outdoor terrace is fabulous, peaceful and a good place to relax. We would love to return. It is such a fabulous place to be , yet near great cafes and restaurants. Fantastic stay in Montpellier

What a fantastic experience!! From the beginning, Delphine communicated extremely well with detailed information making our arrival flawless. The space was very well appointed and with plenty of room to spread out. It was by far the cleanest and most comfortable place we stayed in our 9 days in Europe. She helped us with dinner suggestions and day trips to smaller villages. There was enough to do within walking distance of the apartment including the fantastic market under the aqueducts. If we come back, we will definitely stay here again and I recommend it to everyone!!

Montpellier home

We called this Les Arceaux house as a home for 2 weeks in July. The house is in a perfect location in Montpellier: 2 mins walk to tram stop, bakeries, restaurants, and supermarket. The house is very spacious, spotless, and has everything listed in the description. The host is very responsive and even recommended several very nice restaurants in the area. I will definitely stay in this property again next time we are in Montpellier.

Nice apartment in a good area

Nice apartment, good area, handy for shops, restaurants, cafes etc. Air con a pleasant bonus. Lovely comfy beds and nice bed linen. Nice terrace for mornings and evenings and being able to bring our little dog was much appreciated! Beware of the many artefacts/paintings and such like dotted around the apartment, many of which easily broken and with in reach of little hands. We were very careful and even removed some out of our 11 year olds inquisitive hands!! What ever you do don’t break anything or you’ll find yourself landed with an extortionate bill….even if it was a rickety old chair which was unfit for purpose….. A lovely apartment but too many personal belongings about - an accident waiting to happen!

Bonjour Louise, vous avez manifesté durant votre séjour votre entière satisfaction concernant l’appartement. Comme je le fais pour chaque vacanciers, je vous ai personnellement accueilli à l’heure souhaitée pour le Check in et suis restée disponible tout au long du séjour notamment pour vous remettre à votre demande la commande postale de vos effets personnels que vous avez effectuée à mon adresse. Je suis désolée que la décoration de l’appartement qui représente un des agréments du lieu ait représentée un risque de casse pour votre enfant. Hélas, vous avez cassé la balancelle de la terrasse, ce qui a donné lieu à une déclaration de sinistre conformément à la politique d’Abritel, puisque l’objet était irréparable. Vous m’avez indiquée être sincèrement désolée de cet accident mais vous contestez a posteriori le prix du remplacement de la pièce détachée dont l’ensemble n’a pourtant pas été changé et dont le prix est plus qu honnête. Vous contestez également la vétusté de l’objet alors que l’appartement est neuf ainsi que toute la décoration contemporaine. Je suis sincèrement désolée de votre réaction et espère qu’à l’avenir vous pourrez choisir un écrin de vacances de type maison de campagne peut être d’avantage adaptée à vos habitudes de vie. Excellent Facilities

We arrived late at night but the owner meet us on time and showed around the place with great detail especially with use of equipment. The décor is excellent and very clean throughout. To have a parking space as well was a big bonus ! No doubt every property has some negatives which is fine as there is really no perfect place ! So the negatives - well the pillows were not great and ohhh one more - in France and we could not find any wine glasses !! Other than that ( and actually very minor ) all else was perfect. We also had direct contact with Delphine ( including her arranging a doctors appointment for my daughter ) and was very helpful in every aspect. Our flight back got cancelled and we were allowed to stay an extra night ( of course we expected to pay ) which was great. Overall a great location and excellent facilities

Apartment and a host leaving nothing to be desired

My sister, her dog and I were here for a week. It’s a nice, clean, well furnished apartment on two floors. Our host - Delphine - a very nice and caring individual - has contacted us a couple days before our arrival to guide us and provide for a smooth check-in. She also offered us to contact her to get tips for restaurants, which city nearby to visit or where the most beautiful beach is. The apartment is huge, offering at least one spacious bedroom with inward bathroom and a walk-in-closet on the first floor. Moving up, there is also a big studio-like living-room, dining room and a kitchen, also very spacious and furnished with high quality material. All and all a very luminous apartment, where you sometimes don't want to leave it at all. The terrace has also everything one can want. Delphine is a very creative, art-loving person with a good taste. In this apartment you'll find art everywhere and of any kind. We loved it and will book it again, for sure.

A hidden gem in Les Arceaux section of the Montpellier Historic District

Delphine is a conscientious host anxious her guests understand her written and verbal instructions to ensure safety and security inside her home. The walkup stairs to the apartment's front door and then another set inside were excellent exercise and encouraged us to walk everywhere. No cars needed though a parking space was provided. The home's location also happens to be beside a quiet intersection of essential shops (bread, coffee, pastry, wine, fish, meat, restaurants, pharmacy) and near a bustling outdoor market, under the famous arches, open on Tuesday and Saturdays. A well stocked grocery store is available to fill in the gaps. Needless to say, this was exactly the setting we wanted for four weeks of French immersion. The Les Arceaux Tram stopped directly at the train station (Avignon, Arles, Bordeaux, etc. ) and the BEACH stop 20 minutes away!! Although, we will need a bigger place next time, this apartment rental will not disappoint one's sense of adventure.

Disappointing Stay Due to Bug Infestation and Health Issues

I recently stayed at this VRBO for a month, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While the property itself seemed promising at first, my stay was marred by an ongoing issue with bugs that ultimately forced me to leave early.From the very beginning, I noticed a significant number of bug bites after my first few nights. Initially, I thought it was just an isolated incident, but the bites kept coming. After a couple of days, the situation worsened, and I sought medical advice. The bites became more painful and began to swell, so I had to purchase medication and even invest in bug spray to manage the situation. Despite these efforts, the bites continued to worsen, and by the weekend, the discomfort was unbearable.I contacted the host to explain the situation, but unfortunately, I received no immediate solution. The bites were so severe that I was forced to leave the property early, which was incredibly disappointing. I had planned to stay for the full month, but the constant discomfort and need for medical attention made it impossible to continue.I really hope the property owners take action to address the bug problem, as it severely impacted my stay. It's crucial for future guests that the issue is resolved, as it completely overshadowed the otherwise nice aspects of the home.In summary, while the property itself has potential, my stay was overshadowed by health concerns related to bugs, and I couldn't even finish my trip. I would advise future guests

Super séjour a recommander !

Super appartement lumineux propre super agréable avec ses deux salle de bains et une grande terrasse ombragée lits super confort et hôte aux petits soins pour nous meublé avec goût, vraiment très agréable. La proximité avec l'hyper centre est vraiment appréciable et la place des arceaux avec la musique le soir et le marché c'est vraiment appréciable Nous avons adoré le séjour même si nous n'y étions la que le soir Merci encore et merci d'avoir accepté le chat !

Appartement très bien

Un très bel appartement, une climatisation très appréciée car il faisait très chaud pendant notre séjour du mois août 2022. Deux salles de bain dont une baignoire, un très beau dressing, une tres grande chambre et une autre de taille normale, une cuisine fonctionnelle tout équipée, un salon reposant avec un grand canapé et une très belle terrasse bien exposée avec un immense store électrique pour avoir de l'ombre.les stores sur toutes les fenetres permettent de garder le frais .un parking privé où malheureusement les places sont étroites pour un véhicule de taille moyenne type 3008.residence très calme,on peux s'y reposer sans problème. Beaucoup de visites à faire aux alentours en voiture, plages très agréables, balade dans Montpellier accessible directement à pied en bas de l immeuble.je recommande cette location, la propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible en cas de besoin durant tout le séjour.

Superbe appartement très lumineux, à 10 minutes du centre-ville à pied, climatisé ce qui a été très appréciable pendant les fortes chaleurs. Chambres spacieuses, et la terrasse est très agréable, et à l’ombre si besoin. La décoration de l’appartement est très travaillée et de bon goût. Delphine a été très disponible et de très bon conseil sur les endroits à visiter aux alentours et les restaurants. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine et recommandons à 200% le séjour dans l’appartement !
