Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 28 m² (with decorative fireplace), an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The flat is very bright and is composed as follows:
- A living room of 28 m² with TV, fireplace (decorative), sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: central island, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in the heart of the old town in the Ecusson district, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
