Gorgeous, spacious, clean, perfect location and amenities galore!

We loved the dog-friendly space! Excellent for comfort, spaciousness, location to everything, the kitchen appliances/dishes/utensils were great, the yard was perfect...this place is a GEM!! And the owners provide a TON of thoughtful amenities (many of which we didn't even know about until we got there) like a spice pantry, "use what you want/leave what you want" policy in the pantry, cleaning and laundry supplies, dog bowls, and more! We loved the furniture and layout, and had so much fun playing games and cards, sitting on the porches to enjoy a passing storm or listening to the ocean while reading a book, and so much more. A-PLUS home!! Thank you for renting it!

Wonderful vacation!

As many of the other reviewers have mentioned, this house has EVERYTHING you need for a great stay. It's so close to the beach, so convenient to Center St., has such a private feel with the forested surrounding and is dog friendly! What a wonderful place that we hope we'll be able to visit again.

Fantastic beach house

This property is absolutely aces. The owners/ management thought of practically everything when appointing this property! It’s a great hang out space in addition to being in a great location! Loved it a lot! And would definitely rent it again.

Best house we’ve stayed in so far in Folly

So cute and welcoming. There’s lots of room to spread out but we spent tons of time on the front porch. Really close to the beach so running back and forth when you need a beach break is easy. A bit farther than we usually stay from Chico Feo and Bert’s but still very walkable. And the house has everything - spices, extra garbage bags, etc! Even the knives are super sharp. Highly recommend!

Spacious, beautiful, good location. Probably the best stocked with kitchen supplies I've ever been at. Only minor gripe: the house is dark at night due to no lights in the ceiling, but it was a wonderful stay!

Exceeded Expectations!

This beach house is incredible. The kitchen boasts a well-stocked and meticulously organized space that allows for ease of vacation cooking. Step outside and discover numerous outdoor living and relaxing spaces nestled in lush greenery. My visit was for a "mature" girls weekend and the Cooper River Bridge Run, but I can imagine this property as perfect for families with an abundance of activities for kids including board games, a Pac Mac, and a charming treehouse. We used it for yoga. Conveniently situated, guests can take leisurely strolls to the nearby town center for restaurants, bars, and shopping. The beach is a mere 1 block away. With its blend of comfort, convenience, and enchanting features, this beach house offers an unforgettable retreat for all. If the property is available when you wish to visit Folly Beach - grab it!! No early check-in or late check-out available.

Loved Our Stay

We loved this home and it's property very much. The decor was sophisticated beach vibe and very comfortable. So close to the beach and accessible to the a lovely market called Bert's and Center Street on foot. Thank you for all the extra amenities provided. It was nice to find such a well equipped kitchen! The homes appliances were premium and worked well. I loved the pretty bedding and we all slept very well. This area of Folly is nice and quiet. We hope to come again and would love to stay here.

Perfect Getaway!

GREAT HOUSE!!!! Turn key and cozy!

I feel like every time we rent a VRBO house- it is sort of a little bit of luck involved when trying to choose the right property! The second we entered the house- I felt a sigh of relief thinking to myself "whew, my family will be happy here". We own a restaurant so when on vacation going out is always our first chase. However, the house so well stocked, one night we decided to cook in and my son invited a couple friends from his college over and they all loved the house as well! The neighbors next door play their rock n roll music all day, but luckily I grew up with Led Zeppelin so it was not a problem and they shut it down early evening. I would tell anyone not to hesitate renting this house!

Paradise

This was the most awesome vacation home we have rented. So many special touches with attention to detail. Outdoor porches, treehouse, outdoor shower, furniture, and hammock was so relaxing. The kitchen was so well stocked and the coffee station was a great touch. The location is great and an easy walk to the beach. I would definitely stay again. Great place to reconnect with family. Great tropical getaway!

This is a great looking, comfortable and fun house nestled in the trees. It is located one block from the beach and has great outdoor space as well. It was incredibly well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. It is not for anyone with difficulty climbing stairs (like lots of beach homes, it is up a level from the street) and the claw foot tub/shower setup is a little tricky for older folks to get in and out of safely. A walk in shower in one of the baths would be a wonderful improvement for this property, but otherwise we found it ideal.

Loved it. Will absolutely be back!

My wife and I stayed here for an anniversary getaway. We loved the house in the pictures on the listing, and it’s even better in person. Very clean, and better equipped than any vacation home I’ve ever stayed in as far as detail items. They had beach towels for us to use, every kitchen utensil and appliance one could imagine, including a French press and tons of k cups for coffee. There were lanyards with waterproof pouches on them for you to use for your cellphone at the beach, beach bags, a few beach chairs (not in the greatest shape but still no complaints for them being readily available) and even a basket of flip flops for you to use if you needed them. The back porch is awesome and my wife and I found ourselves sitting out there at night with the string lights plugged in to watch movies on the outdoor tub more than we did inside. The location is great, about a 5 minute walk to the beach at the very most. The beach access is right around the corner. The beds were comfy, softer than my wife and I would like but that’s simply a personal preference and by no means a complaint. We loved everything about the home and are looking forward to our next stay.
