Welcome to Lighthouse Cottage! Private, single family home has picturesque ocean views and a public beach access just steps away. Stay in paradise and feel immediately at home with 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, screen porch, fully stocked kitchen, all updated furnishings, appliances, and fun, beachy décor. After splashing in the waves and lounging on the sand, shower off in the outdoor shower or cook dinner on the gas grill. Step into the living room with panoramic ocean views through the floor to ceiling windows. Watch your favorite shows on the smart TV, or just take in the ocean and wildlife from the plush furnishings. Living area flows seamlessly into the dining area that seats 4, which connects to the kitchen. Master bedroom is down the hall with 1 queen bed, flat screen TV, and full private bathroom en suite. Second bedroom sleeps 2 guests with 1 queen bed. Another full bathroom with a large walk-in shower is found in the hallway and easily accessible by both guest bedrooms. Guest bedroom 3 includes 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. All beds are made up with fresh, high quality linens, and bath towel sets are provided for each guest.

If you don't feel like napping in your bedroom, head out to the screen porch to lounge on the oversize daybed! Ample seating is provided on the screen porch, open deck, and under the house to gather together, sip cool beverages, play games, and enjoy the views of the ocean and the Low Country. Lighthouse Cottage is on the "Edge of America" so you can walk on the beach for miles, view protected, undeveloped beach areas, take a short stroll to the Morris Island Lighthouse, bird watch and possibly catch a glimpse of dolphin playing in the surf. Drive, rent a golf cart, or rent bikes to travel to downtown Folly Beach, just a short 3.5 miles away. Wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street.

Just a short, 25-minute drive will take you into historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Parking for up to 2 vehicles is free in the driveway area. Beach path in front of the home leads to the public beach access located directly next to the home. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

A starter supply of toiletries, linens and towels will be provided. Pet fee is $250 plus tax. 1 dog allowed, must be no more than 35 lbs. and at least 2 years old- NO EXCEPTIONS. Fenced in yard. Home is non-smoking. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, regardless of sleeping or visiting. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
