This contemporary house, surrounded by olive trees and nested in the Mediterranean vegetation of the Vallée de l’Uzège, will offer all amenities for your perfect vacation in the South of France. Its central location will allow for day trips to Nimes (the ancient Gallo-Roman City), Uzes (a charming town well known for its pedestrian center and its beautiful seventeenth century architecture), Le Pont du Gard (the 2000 year old Roman aqueduct), Avignon (once the imposing Pope city, site of the internationally renowned Theater Festival), and much more! Or if you simply want to do nothing, lie down and relax outside in the Mediterranean sun by the pool.

The house - a 30 minute-drive from the nearest TGV station (Nîmes-centre or Nîmes-Pont du Gard), close to 2 international airports (Marseille-Marignanne and Montpellier-Fréjorgues) - is located in Garrigues Ste Eulalie, a small village 10 kilometers from historical Uzès.

Built on a 3000 square meter olive grove, it is a modern one-level Provencal house with three bedrooms, two baths, a very large open living area, a loft (study and library)) and a modern kitchen.

Six people can be accommodated in complete comfort

Amenities include a 9.5 x 4.5 meter swimming pool, a large sunning deck and terrace with full south exposure, a summer kitchen adjacent to a shady patio and back yard in an oak grove.

Electr(on)ic equipment includes Internet connection, TV, stereo, CD player, dish-washer, microwave oven, washer, a Weber gas grill, etc. It is a smoke free environment

Activities on site or near by: biking (two bikes are available on-site), tennis 92 tennis courts down the street), swimming (first Mediterranean sea resort is 45 km away), hiking, hot-air balloon, canoeing, kayaking, sightseeing, etc.

Rent varies with season and length of stay (minimum one week rental for all seasons, linens included). During the summer season ,rentals start after 4 pm on Saturdays until the following Saturday before 10 am.

In these Covid times, particular attention is paid to hygiene, cleanliness and safety in the strictest respect of government sanitary rules and regulations.
