Vollständig und respektvoll restauriert. 360 Jahre altes Maison de Maitre (ehemals ein Bauernhaus) mit einem umzäunten und beheizten Pool und allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten des 21. Jahrhunderts. Das Hotel liegt in Garrigues-Sainte-Eulalie, nur 8 km, 14 Autominuten von der historischen Marktstadt Uzès entfernt. Es ist eine 25-minütige Fahrt vom berühmten Pont du Guard entfernt. Das Mittelmeer, die Strände und Montpellier sind nur eine Autostunde entfernt. In Garrigues-Sainte-Eulalie gibt es freitags eine eigene Bäckerei und einen kleinen lokalen Gemüsemarkt außerhalb des Geschäfts. Mas de la Chapelle bietet Platz für maximal 10 in 5 Doppelzimmern.
Objektbeschreibung:-
Das Haus befindet sich in einem traditionellen Bauernhausstil und verfügt über schöne Terrakottaböden, Steinwände und Balkendecken in vielen Zimmern. Auf drei Etagen umfasst das Haus:
* Geräumige Eingangshalle im Erdgeschoss mit eleganter Steintreppe, die in die oberen Stockwerke führt. Fenster mit Blick auf den Pool.
* 2 große Wohnzimmer mit freiliegenden Balken und viel Sonnenlicht
* Das Wohnzimmer im 1. Stock verfügt über einen offenen Kamin und einen CD-Player.
* Das Familienzimmer im 2. Stock verfügt über einen 55-Zoll-Breitbildfernseher und DVD-Player in Großbritannien
* im Erdgeschoss: - Küche mit Herd, Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler.
* Neben der Küche befindet sich das elegante Esszimmer mit Platz für 10 Personen. Türen führen zum Kräuterhof und zum Poolhaus und zum eingezäunten Pool.
* Gäste-WC im Erdgeschoss

A fabulous stay near Uzes

We travel to France most summers and this is one of the most special properties we’ve stayed in. It’s a stylish but comfortable home and incredibly well appointed. Communication with the owners was excellent. Elodie and Sam who manage the property couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely like to stay again.

Fabulous Holiday

We spent an excellent two weeks here in August. The house was wonderful catered for all ages. Lots to do from the bike ride to the boulangerie in the morning, lots of local vineyards and the market days in Uzes is such a treat. A big thank you to Brenda who called to see we survived an electrical storm that passed through one evening and Elodie and Sam our local contacts who checked in to see we were all happy. Hope to return again.

Lovely days in Mas La Chapelle

Dear Brenda and Bas, We enjoyed our stay at Mas de la Chapelle. It was truly a fantastic house, very spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped with all comfort and equipment. We have stayed in many holiday homes in France and Italy, but this was one of the best. We really appreciated the kind attentions upon our arrival, the wine was delicious. The garden was rather small but very cozy. The covered terrace was lovely and the fan provided a pleasant cooling. Also thanks to Elodie and Sam for the friendly welcome and the good care. The Mas is located in a lovely and quiet region with many possibilities for excursions.

Classic stone home on 3 levels with spiral stone stairways and plenty of room. Fully appointed kitchen with dining up 2 steps with plenty of room for the 6 of us. Outside seating areas (2) are wonderful; one just outside dining room for easy access to kitchen that facilitates outside dining, and one expansive lounging area through short garden up a few steps into the pool area.

The Languedoc ‘22

The property was exactly as shown in the photographs. But nothing could have prepared us for the charm of this house. Enchanting is the word that comes to mind. It was love at first sight for us. Why did I like the Mas de la Chapelle

This character house located in a charming hamlet in the middle of the scrubland and close to all amenities and leisure activities (vehicle essential) allowed us to spend an excellent family vacation (ten people, five children and five adults). The layout of the house on three levels with large living rooms on each floor allowed us to experience moments of sharing and at the same time to maintain a certain privacy. We felt at home with complete equipment (numerous bathrooms and amenities) and high-quality decoration. We took full advantage of the outdoor facilities, swimming pool, pool house and the magnificent flowered garden with its many atmospheric squares.

Mas de la Chapelle

We were fortunate enough to come across this beautiful house when booking a holiday with friends. It really is a wonderful place, everything the photographs on the website suggest and more. The house is so well equipped and the attention to detail much appreciated. Brenda, Bas and their property managers Elodie and Sam are wonderful hosts. We and our friends (two families of four with children aged 9 and 12) had a great time and we came home with great memories of a fantastic break in a wonderful setting. Those memories will stay with all of us forever. Thank you!

Beautiful House

The Mas is beautiful - a gorgeous home, so well equipped and comfortable, we loved it. This is a stunning part of France and we fell in love with Uzes, Avignon and Nimes. The markets were gorgeous, the countryside heaven. We stayed during the heatwave and suffered from not having air conditioning, and unfortunately the pool wasn’t properly heated so it was a bit cold which meant we were always either too hot or too cold! (For those for whom it matters, I would also mention that the house is not in the same village as the restaurants - they are in a nearby village - and the bakery is 15 minutes walk. We were happy to drive though). A very special holiday in a very special place.

A great place to stay

This is an attractive and comfortable house. It is well laid out and comfortably furnished with plenty of space to be together or away from each other which can also be useful, we had a party of 8. My first impression was that the Garden area was rather small however it as been very well designed with distinct and comfortable areas and works well. The undercover area close to the pool was very attractive and comfortable. We had all our meals there. The pool is great with a shallow area for younger ones to play in safely. The only negative was that no one had been in the house the week before and the pool took a couple of days to heat up which was a pity as the younger ones in our party were only there for the first week. I would not hesitate to recommend the house to any one but do just check on the pool a few days before you go.

Family Vacation from Vancouver British Columbia

Our visit to Mas de la Chappelle exceeded our expectations. Brenda and Bas have a beautiful and very comfortable French country home. We are a family of 6 adults (parents plus 2 adult daughters and partners) and we had lots of room in this lovely home. Each of the three couples was able to have their own bathroom and there were 2 sitting rooms each with plenty of room for the the 6 of us. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils to make any meal you can think of. The pool, patio and terrace are lovely to relax and unwind in the sun. There is an excellent boulangerie in walking distance. Everyday, we took turns walking to the boulangerie to pick up morning pastries to enjoy inside or out. The surrounding villages are charming as well as the wineries. The Uzes market is amazing - the best Provence market we have seen. As well it is an easy drive to Nimes or Arles to see Roman artifacts. But the best of all is the charm of the house. The almost 300 year old house has been carefully and lovely restored with interior stone walls, curving staircase, and interesting alcoves. It is decorated with antiques and lots of French country charm. At the same time, it has all the conveniences you need such as heated pool, large outdoor terrace, gas BBQ, TV, Internet, microwave, laundry facilities, bicycles. It is in a very quiet village and at night you will be stranded by nothing more than the sounds of birds and the beautiful aromatic breezes from the nearby vineyards and farms. Our family thoroughly enjoyed cooking gourmet meals together, playing games int the upstairs lounge, relaxing on the patio with our aperitifs and chilling out in the lovely drawing room. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to celebrate our daughters engagement announcement. Brenda and Bas - we thank you sincerely for opening your home to us. It was an absolute delight to be able to enjoy your family in your lovely and very welcoming home. We all said that we hope we will be able to return again some day soon. Au revoir and merci!

Superbe semaine !

Merci beaucoup à Brendra & Bas pour leurs attentions avant et pendant le séjour. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine entre amis avec nos bébés. La maison est magnifique, confortable, propre et très bien équipée. Tout est bien pensé pour qu'on ne manque de rien. Chacun avait son espace nuit et salle de bain. Idéal pour partager une semaine de vacances tout en gardant son intimité. L'extérieur avec la piscine et la terrasse couverte est vraiment agréable et les environs également. A recommander sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Mas de la Chapelle. Nous étions 3 familles avec 6 adultes et 4 ados de 12 à 16 ans. La maison est très spacieuse, bien agencée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les ados ont apprécié d'avoir le 2e étage pour eux tous seuls ! Parfaitement équipée pour le quotidien, et l'espace extérieur, bien que de taille reduite est bien pensé et très agréable. La présence de ventilateurs dans toutes les chambres et une bonne aération permettent de conserver une température supportable par grande chaleur. Attention toutefois au parking, qui peut être un peu contraignant si on est à plus de 2 voitures. La communication avec les propriétaires, Brenda et Bas, a été parfaite et très agréable. Nous avions des informations complètes sur le gîte et sur les activités sur place en amont de notre depart, et meme une delicate attention a notre arrivee qui a ete tres appréciée ! Communication impeccable également avec Elodie et Sam, qui se sont occupés de nous accueillir. Enfin, le gîte est très bien situé pour visiter la région. Nous recommandons !

Séjour très agréable dans cette belle demeure familiale cosy meublée et décorée avec beaucoup de goûts Très bien équipée cette maison est très bien entretenue L’espace extérieur permet des moments de sérénité et de convivialité Merci Brenda pour ce séjour dont nous sommes déjà nostalgiques

Dream house in the lovely French countryside

Our family is spread across 3 cities and 2 continents so what a better place than this mas to spend a week together. The house is “very” spacious and beautifully decorated. The home if so well distributed that we never felt we were 10 living in it since we all had our personal space. The outdoors are just perfect and the kids enjoyed the pool to no ends. Elodie was welcoming and kept in touch with texts to make sure everything was going well. If you are looking for a lovely home for your vacations in Uzes, this home is perfect.

Fantastic place with all You can expect to have really nice hollidays

The Mas de La Chapelle is really a charming house well equiped to welcome our families, all rooms are spacious nicely decorated, the garden the pool house and of course the uniique swimming pool make this house very nice to leave and enjoy your stay The owner make sure your stay as nice as possible like Élodie and Sam Thanks again for your welcome We highly recommend The Mas de La Chapelle !
