Villa Nicole ist ein Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Es besteht jedoch auch die Möglichkeit, ein zusätzliches Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad zu mieten, das vom Haupthaus getrennt, jedoch vor Ort ist. Die Gebühr hierfür beträgt 320 € pro Woche. Der angegebene Preis für Ihren Aufenthalt gilt für 8 Personen und die Nutzung des Haupthauses.

Die Villa Nicole liegt eine kurze Autofahrt von Puerto Del Carmen entfernt im ruhigen, malerischen Dorf Macher. Von zentraler Bedeutung für alle Punkte der Insel, ist die Villa der perfekte Ort für Ruhe, Entspannung und Bequemlichkeit. Hoch gelegen genießt es einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge, die rauen Schönheiten der Inseln und über das Meer bis zur Nachbarinsel Fuerteventura. Inmitten eines etablierten und gepflegten Gartens wurde die Villa kürzlich komplett renoviert. Ab August 2015 werden die Besucher mit allen neuen Möbeln, Betten und Geräten begrüßt. Es erwartet Sie eine schöne, weiß glänzende Küche, WLAN-TV mit Filmen, Box-Sets und Fernsehserien. Dies ist zusätzlich zu dem beheizten Pool, tragbaren Grill, offenem Essbereich und kostenlosem WIFI.
Das Ziel ist ein persönlicher Service, so dass der Kontakt mit dem Hausverwalter angeregt wird, um sicherzustellen, dass Ihr Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich ist. Familien und Kinder sind herzlich eingeladen, die fantastischen Räumlichkeiten und Einrichtungen zu genießen. Wenn Sie ein Babybett oder einen Hochstuhl benötigen, teilen Sie uns dies bitte im Voraus mit.

Ein großer EuroSpar befindet sich 5 Autominuten von der Villa entfernt, ebenso eine Tankstelle. Die Bushaltestelle nach Puerto Del Carmen, Arrecife und Playa Blanca ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Haupttouristenort Puerto Del Carmen ist 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und der prestigeträchtige Yachthafen von Puerto Calero ist 7 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.

We found the biggest problem was that we were very cold. In the evening /snd in the day. We only found out there were 2little heaters half way through and they were not adequate. I never got fully warm all week!

Fabulous Stay

Amazing property. Recently refurbished to a very good standard. I would definitely recommend this to a a for a large family &/or friends, but get yourself a hire car as the taxis aren’t that cheap to get into town and the nearest EuroSpar is a 20 minute walk

Beautiful villa that had a very recent refurbishment. It was beautifully clean on arrival. Lots of care has been taken to look after and decorate this villa. We didn't want to leave. We stayed as 2 families of 4 and the villa was perfect. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan which was brilliant, comfy beds and 3 bathrooms. The outside space was great, pool was excellent. Plenty of sunbeds, seating and towels available. Washing machine was very handy to have too. The view is beautiful of the mountains and the sea. Short drive to the local spa shop, Lidls was about 10 mins away and approx 12 mins to pueto del carmen which had a beautiful beach, lots of shops and restaurants. We all had a fantastic time!

Getting away holiday

The host David was very helpful The Villa was nice we never saw a cleaner bed linen and towels changed once in 31days not good enough, we washed them ourself problems with water supply and poor pressure pool did not seemed to be heated disappointed public transport was excellent.

Fantastic spacious villa with wonderful views of the mountains and sea

We had a great stay here over Christmas- the villa is so spacious and has great comfy accommodation. The villa is slightly inland but has wonderful views of the sea as well as the mountains. The pool is great - warm and clean and a great size. The pretty marina of Puerto Calero, which has designer shops and good restaurants, is a short drive away as is the lovely beach of Playa Grande in Puerto del Carmen. For the children, the enjoyable animal park, Rancho Texas is also nearby as is the Spa supermarket. The villa is well equipped and beach towels are provided. The lounge is really comfortable for relaxing at the end of the day and the huge TV has many Sky channels - we watched some great films! The agent, Sylvia, is also happy to help with anything you need. A great relaxing sunny holiday 😀

Nice Villa but….

Our party of four adults and one baby booked this property. During our booking with the host a cot was requested and confirmed. After arriving later than expected at the villa due to flight delays {9pmish) there was no sign of any cot! The following day when looking around the gardens we came across empty dirty glasses and empty alcohol bottle near an odd structure, apparently a wedding had taken place days before our arrival. Flower urn near the pool full of cigarette butts with dead plants. Plates had been put away dirty and many cracked glasses in cupboard. The driveway is quite long and rather dark,since external lights didn’t work we used our phone torches.Not having met property manager after 3 days, I messaged her to ask where hairdryer was kept, she did reply promptly saying in the wardrobe. I messaged her again to say there was no hairdryer but got no reply. I emailed the owner. He did not reply to my email but shortly after the property manager arrived at the villa. She did apologise for not getting back to us. By this time two hairdryers had been found jammed into a small drawer. Being there for ten nights we expected a change of sheets and towels but no cleaners arrived. The pool was cleaned once on our second day.We had stayed at this property over twenty years previously, it has been upgraded although the master bathroom is the same apart from painted basin cupboards that look rather tired. In all we enjoyed our visit despite the above niggles.

Belle maison et l’hôte a été très arrangeant et réactif ! Merci pour ça !En revanche, il n’y avait pas de chauffage et il n’était pas possible d’utiliser la cheminée alors qu’elle était indiquée dans l’annonce donc petite déception à ce niveau là. La présence d’humidité à cette période de l’année nécessite un minimum de chauffage. La cuisine manquait d’équipements pour les gens qui aiment cuisiner. Maison calme et très bien située pour visiter toute l’île !

Magnifique maison, idéalement située sur l'ile de Lanzarote pour partir à sa découverte. L'arrivée dans la villa se fait de manière autonome et très simplement.Très agréables piscine et barbecue permettant de se ressourcer en famille pour alterner avec les visites. Maison spacieuse et très bien équipée pour une famille de 7 adultes, avec une jolie vue sur les volcans avoisinants. David a été aux petits soins pour nous, réagissant tout de suite à la moindre question ou besoin.Une semaine de Noël très réussie donc et je ne peux que conseiller la location de la villa Nicole.

Large and Comfortable House

Great spacious house - 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - and the kitchen is really well equipped. The pool is a great size and the water is very warm. And the outside eating and sunbathing areas are excellent. At times we could hear the road - plus the Wifi signal is rather weak.

Memories made in Villa Nicole..............

Villa Nicole was just what we needed for our family holiday this summer. We had 4 Adults and 4 Children staying over 2 weeks. The villa is very large so this worked out fine with lots of space for us all. Booking was easy and David the owner was always available to answer my questions prior to arrival. We arrived late on a Sunday night so the welcome hamper was a god send!! (The super markets are closed on a Sunday) our return flight was late on a Sunday and David let us stay in the villa till we left for the airport which was very kind of him. The villa has everything you need for your holiday. Our grandchildren where so happy to have a pool available all day, plus pool towels. They loved the tv with Net flixs and access to the internet. The telescope was a nice touch too. The Villa is located in a great spot not far from Puerto del Carmen and close to a supermarket for your supplies. The plot the villa is on is very large with lots of parking space. We hired two cars so we could travel around the island. Caroline the villa manager was really helpful and advised us on restaurants and which water park suited our grandchildren the most. She was always available via telephone when needed! The Washing machine came in handy having 4 children they make a lot of dirty clothes, plus it dried so quickly in the breeze so wasn’t a problem. They have a wind break and parasol for the beach which we used on our trip to Papagayo beaches. We all had a lovely holiday made even better by staying here! Thank you David & Caroline! Perfectly located villa

Very spacious, nicely presented villa. It was spotlessly clean and each bedroom had nice quality bedding. The situation of the villa was excellent - surrounded by volcanic hills and beautiful views down towards Fueraventura. The outside space was perfect for our large family group - plenty of sun and shade options and a warm pool! Also good inside and outside dining options - lovely big tables, seating 10. We also rented the annexe for a week and while a lovely space it smelled musty and was damp and therefore rather unpleasant. The kitchen was large with plenty of space for food preparation. Our only problem was the small number of pots - 1 very large and two small pans - which was a challenge when cooking for 8/10 people. Similarly, there was a lack of oven dishes and serving bowls. There was plenty of cutlery and a great selection of glasses. Ubiquitous Ikea kitchen utensils bring their own challenge - serving spoons which bend as you use them!! Microwave didn’t work as plate was wrong size, and therefore no heat distribution. The negatives about this villa are primarily about the facilities for cooking. We are a family who like to cook and eat together while holidaying. But all other facilities were splendid and the villa was a great place to spend a couple of weeks. It is well placed for lovely Puerto Calero, the amazing Timanfaya and the delicious wine growing are of La Geria.

Lovely spacious home.

Modern property. Looks really nice. Unfortunately we had a few plumbing issues upon arrival but they were dealt with quickly and solved within a couple of days. The kitchen was minimally equipped which was surprising for such a grand luxurious looking property - coffee pod machine with incorrect size pods, and no other way to make coffee; not many plastic cups to use by the pool/for children; one serving bowl. Big grounds around the house. Warm pool. Courtyard is lovely. Great bbq. Telescope was a nice touch! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Perfect for 2 families with small children.

Lovely villa & great pool

Lovely villa with plenty of space. Great heated pool, which was perfect for me, as I can't use a cold pool. There was five of us and there was so many different areas, there was a shaded part of the pool and there was full sun part of the pool or sunbathing on the upper area for peace & quiet from screaming kids (& husband) playing and splashing in the pool. The oldies also loved sitting in the covered seating area with there kindles. The views were spectacular. We visited all the surrounding resorts on day trips which was a lot easier when we discovered the local busses and there routes. There was a helpful app called GuaguApp Lanzarote which was great for planning trips. The chill out cruise we went on from playa Blanca to papagayo beach was amazing!!! Thank you Sylvia! Never met you, but you catered for our every need. 🏖☀️😎

Super location

Nous avons vraiment aimé cette location, nous étions un couple et 3 enfants et tout la petite famille a apprécié les lieux. Merci Sylvia.

Large Comfortable Villa in excellent location

We were a party of five adults who stayed at Villa Nicole for 11 nights in February. The location was excellent, central for the whole island with a lovely friendly restaurant just across the road. The villa was clean and reasonably well equipped, the kitchen was a little short of utensils if you wanted to cook a family meal. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and plenty of hot water. Lots of outside space and seating and a nice heated pool. Due to the time of year we stayed we needed to use the fire in the evenings , when it was lit it gave off a great amount of heat but it was a little difficult lighting and really think it needs looking at. Would recommend to anyone visiting the island.
