This is a marvelous property and the owners Fulvia and Umberto couldn't be more welcoming, helpful and sincerely nice people. I wish we could have stayed longer and would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Tuscany. It was the highlight of our trip.

What a lovely villa to call home for a few days! The villa itself is so big while also being cozy, the beds comfortable, the grounds beautiful, the view of the landscape breathtaking. We couldn't ask for a more helpful, lovey host who goes above and beyond to attend to her guests' needs. The venue has a hot tub that Fulvia offered to heat up for us if we were interested, and we enjoyed a glass of wine on the sunlit patio each evening. Be sure to bring layers if you visit Tuscany during chilly times of the year. The location is quiet and perfectly situated in the area we enjoyed. What a wonderful time my family had!

"La Vittoria 10": 1 establishment, but 3 accommodations on the same site

"La Vittoria 10" in Chianciano Terme, a former hotel-restaurant that has been refurbished to a rather heterogeneous design and composite decoration, is admirably located for those wishing to visit the Val d'Orcia or, more broadly, to explore Tuscany, thanks in particular to its proximity to the A1 freeway exit. Fulvia, the hostess and owner of the property, is always on hand to offer a warm welcome. It's worth noting - and this is not explicitly mentioned in the descriptions - that the property comprises 3 separate apartments: that of the owners, who live on site; a large upstairs apartment with ample views of the surrounding countryside, but without direct access to the garden; and a smaller apartment for a second group of tenants. Although all the occupants of the site were charming, we "enjoyed" the owners' conversation (under the windows of the main apartment) at mealtimes. This is an important point for those looking for a secluded place to spend their vacations in the silence of the countryside. It should also be noted that, despite three networks, Internet access is not always fluid.

I reply to your review after speaking with Vrbo assistance, and they also consider the 3 stars to be completely unjustified. La Vittoria 10 is a Country Villa, original from the early 1900s, admirably renovated by a famous Italian architect in the early 80s. Perhaps this is what you call "heterogeneous style", and which is usually very appreciated by guests. This Villa has never been a hotel. You made an instant booking 4 months before check in, without ever asking for any further informations about the Villa, even though I had promptly replied to you, for all your needs. You could ask if the Villa was for your use only, and you could choose another house, very easily, without paying any penalty. You only contacted me the day before check in asking for the DVD player, which I promptly purchased for you. In the description of the property it is clearly said that I live in the ground floor apartment of the Villa, and this allows me to do my job as best as possible, taking care of my Guests, absolutely respecting their privacy. I would like to point out, for the readers of this review, that you had the entire upper floor of the Villa, 3300 sq. m. feet, and that the other guests are only 2 in the Cottage. The garden is shared, and this is very well described on Vrbo. I'm sorry that our whispers have disturbed you so much, you could have said so. During your 2 weeks stay you never complained about anything, on the contrary, you were always nice and smiling! Wifi always works very well, we have never had any problems, but if TIM was slow in those days, it's not my fault. Ah, you could also say about the apple pie, the tiramisu, our extra virgin olive oil, the small gift you received and all the attention we gave you. Best regards, Fulvia

What a wonderful experience! Fulvia deserves her own 5 star rating. She was so kind, helpful and funny. Her English is perfect! This huge apartment immediately felt like home with multiple places to curl up and read or chat while still having spaces should any guest need some alone time. The beds were so comfy and the linens were classic. The kitchen is very well equipped since it used to be a restaurant. This home is located in the countryside with beautiful views but only a few minutes drive to town with a large grocery store, markets, and shopping. We found the location central to the hilltop towns on our must-see list along with the two nearby UNESCO World Heritage sites--Crete Senesi and Val d'Orcia. Most of the towns on our list (such as Montalcino, Montepulciano, Sienna, Pienza and more) were less than an hour's drive, making day trips easy. Our family is already planning a return trip and plan to stay longer!

Such a beautiful home/location and owner Fulvia!

We had a wonderful two night stay for a wedding in Sienna! The owner Fulvia made our stay so comfortable and was there to take pictures, make coffee and take great care of us! if we ever come back to Tuscany we will definitely stay here! Thanks again Fulvia!

Huge apartment/house. Perfect base for exploring Tuscany.

Beautiful apartment with lovely views in great room. Very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, with luxury linens. Very clean. Our hostess Fulvia was very attentive, greeting us each morning and evening as we came and went. Fulvia helped us plan daily itineraries, and gave us great recommendations for sights we wouldn't have found on our own or through guidebooks. She also arranged two small winery tours for us.

Beautiful country home in Tuscany , and Fulvia is lovely lady of the house.

Excellent clean property with great views, delicious breakfast, with homemade jams. Extremely helpful in suggesting places to visit that are not more local oriented and less touristy. Fulvia was gracious to show us a cooking session of a simple tomato sauce pasta, which was one of more delicious meals we had. 5 star property with 5 star hospitality. It’s a pity we could only do 2 nights

Dimora di campagna eccellente

E' stata definita "dimora di campagna" dai suoi proprietari, ma non racchiude quello che e' veramente! Siamo in una bellissima casa silenziosa tra uliveti , in una posizione strategica per visitare la Val d'Orcia, confortevole per tutto quello che offre, luminosa ovunque con le sue ampie finestre con vista sulla campagna circostante, elegante per come è stata costruita ed arredata, calorosa con il suo caminetto. La cucina professionale nel vero senso della parola, colpisce perché ci si sente come in un ristorante e quindi dotata di qualsiasi accessorio. Quello che poi rimane dopo questo soggiorno gradevole, è il calore e la professionalità con i quali la proprietaria ti fa sentire come a casa propria. Un grazie particolare a Fulvia.

I like to take care of them, anticipate their wishes, make sure that they take from their stay what really led them to choose a vacation in the Tuscan countryside. I fell in love with this house many souls do, for its totally immersed in greenery, with no buildings around, just woods but very close to the town with its shops and services! There are no white roads full of holes to do! The large garden, high ceilings with exposed beams, huge spaces and panorama are really special! The Olives are the cornerstone of the house, we produce an excellent extra virgin olive oil that I gladly taste the guests! "
