Das Hotel liegt in der ruhigen, familienfreundlichen Gemeinde Seacrest Beach in der Nähe des berühmten Rosemary Beach in Florida und nur 10 km von Seaside entfernt. Blue 9 ist ein kleiner Komplex mit nur neun Reihenhäusern, die direkt am Golf von Mexiko liegen.

Dies ist ein Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern am Golf. In der 2. Etage befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Balkon, um den Panoramablick auf den wunderschönen Golf von Mexiko mit einem 42-Zoll-Smart-TV und -Kabel zu genießen. Darüber hinaus befindet sich auf der 2. Etage ein Gästeschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad.

Das Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock mit zwei Einzelbetten über vollen Futonbetten verfügt über einen 40-Zoll-Smart-TV, mit dem Sie Filme über Netflix (ohne Kabel) ausleihen können. Sie können direkt von der Hintertür dieses Stadthauses zum Strand gehen. Dieses Stadthaus verfügt über eine überdachte Terrasse mit einer zusätzlichen Holzterrasse, die sich über die gesamte Länge des Grundstücks erstreckt.

Diese Wohngegend am Strand bietet Familien einen besonderen Urlaubsurlaub, doch in der Nähe befinden sich großartige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Der Radweg verläuft direkt vor der Unterkunft. Blue Nine ist ein rauchfreier Komplex, in dem im oder um das Gebäude, auf der Terrasse, auf Bänken und über Treppen zum Strand nicht geraucht werden darf.

Kitchen was stocked with all tools needed even large pan for shrimp boil. Downstairs room got a little warm at night but there were box fans in the closet we used. The out door furniture was rusted with 1 chair broken but the indoor was updated and had everything we needed.

We have enjoyed coming down to Seacrest and love the location of Blue 9! We hope to return next year. One suggestion I didn't mention earlier in my check out, you might have printed and laminated instructions for the technologically challenged renters on exactly how to use the living room television. Then patio furniture is old and rusting out, unfortunately during our stay 2 of the chairs broke as one of the ladies was sitting in it (not a large lady, and just sitting at the table enjoying a cocktail waiting for the sunset).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The condo looked to have been renovated based upon our past stays. They did a great job.
