We’re very glad we were able to respond quickly and have the AC repaired by mid-morning the following day. While after-hours service availability can sometimes be limited, we always work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to minimize disruption to our guests. Sugar Dunes is indeed an older building, and while we do our best to keep the unit well-maintained and accurately represented, we understand that expectations can vary. We did want to kindly clarify that this condo allows parking for two vehicles only, which is noted in the listing and was also reviewed with you before arrival. During your stay, we reached out several times to help resolve the parking situation and prevent any HOA issues. We also didn’t hear of any concerns regarding cleanliness or the condo’s condition during your visit—otherwise, we would have gladly addressed them right away.
