Diese private Eckwohnung am Strand mit 3 Schlafzimmern bietet einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf den Golf von Mexiko. Die schöne Eingangshalle führt Sie in den offenen Wohnbereich, die Küche und das Esszimmer mit Blick auf den Golf.

Die Seacrest Vacation Condo Master Suite befindet sich neben dem Wohnbereich und bietet Blick auf den Golf vom Kingsize-Bett. Die Master Suite verfügt über einen Ankleidebereich, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, einen Doppelwaschtisch, eine Badewanne, eine ebenerdige Dusche, ein WC und einen Flachbild-TV.
Schlafzimmer 2 befindet sich neben der Eingangshalle und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne / Dusche und einen Flachbild-TV.
Schlafzimmer 3 verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten, einen Flachbild-TV und eine Badewanne.

This property was absolutely stunning! The condo was extremely clean, we felt safe in the gated community, and the location on the first floor was so convenient for parking, walking to the pool and beach, and a pretty view. Communication was speedy and helpful. The beach location and pool were also ideal. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful view of the ocean!! We couldn’t see the beach because of the privacy hedges but that didn’t bother us because the view was still stunning and we loved the added privacy. The beach access was literally steps away which was a huge plus. I would recommend getting chairs reserved early if you want front row. We had 2nd row and it was very crowded. Overall we had a fabulous stay in a beautiful condo!!!

The BEST Location!

We have stayed on 30A in many condos and this has by far been the best location! Perfect to walk out to the beach with our 6 year old and my aging parents. We have already booked for next year!

Amazing stay!

We loved the condo. Views of the ocean were beautiful, the spaces were very comfortable with new modern furniture. We loved the walkability to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach for dining and shopping. We rented a car but did not actually need one! We plan to come back next year.

Very nice and great location

Very nice condo and great location. Parking is easy and access to the beach is wonderful. The Internet/Wi-Fi is not very good and there must’ve been 20 little kids staying upstairs that were running all over the place that you could hear through the ceiling but overall this place is very very nice. Will probably stay here again.

The VRBO had great views and awesome location. Amentities were VERY adequate. Superbly clean. The only reason I have 4 stars is the check in. We were unfortunately unable to arrive at VRBO until 9:00pm. We were not able to acces the fob in the VRBO because we were not able to get in the gate. We were able to walk in but had not clue where VRBO was. After calling emergency number, which was very responsive, they helped us. Please add to your instructions, what to do if you cannot get into gate.

Family Stay

We had a wonderful time at the property. The pool was heated, however it seemed to stop working 2 days (in the middle of our stay). It is in a great location, super walkable to Rosemary and Alys beaches. The master mattress needs to be updated as it has a hump in the middle, however it was still comfortable. There are normal wear and tear items of it being a short term rental, but overall great and I would definitely book again.

Cindy, We are so glad to hear that you had a great time and enjoyed the location. We reached out to the community association about the pool heater and unfortunately the heater did have issues and the parts had to be ordered to repair it. Thank you for your feedback on the mattress and other items. We hope to have you as a guest again in the future!

Perfection!

Great property and a great location! Very clean, quite, had everything we needed and more! 5 stars for sure. The only negative feedback would be the back door was hard to open. But that can be easily fixed!
